“Well run, good value, comfortable hotel”

Of five modestly priced hotels on our trip to the US SouthWest, this was the best. If you have a car, it is only 15 minutes to the Las Vegas "Strip" with each large Casino having free self-parking. Comfortable room, free breakfast with some variety, friendly staff.

“Great hotel when traveling with kids”

Stayed here March 25th to March 28th. We come to the Las Vegas area once a year for the Monster Jam Finals from MN and wanted to stay a little closer to Sam Boyd Stadium. We stayed in the family suite which was great for our 6 and 4 year old boys. It was a jungle safari themed room with bunk beds, a kids play table, tv for the kids, and a partial kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, and sink. The room was very clean and spacious. The King size bed was clean and comfortable. A great thing about this hotel is the large cont. breakfast every morning. It is a great breakfast with many options and with kids it saves a lot of money. The Monster Jam Finals was great and only being 3 miles away from the stadium was great. Overall a great hotel for families and very clean.

“Las Vegas lodging is great in Henderson NV at Holiday Inn Express.”

A review of the good things that Expedia arranged for me were just as I asked them to put in place. The hotel was clean, friendly, central location for me, and the staff were very helpful. Holiday Inn Express is one classy experience for affordable dollars.

Area recommendations

If you want to rest, stay on the outskirts of Las Vegas. Henderson is where I chose. Staying on the 'STRIP' is very chaotic, but exciting. The strip runs all day/all night. The shows are amazing. The hotels are stunning, no kidding. They are expensive. The locals can get free or discount tickets to shows if you look in the newspapers. Another time I will split time between neighborhood hotels and the Las Vegas strip.

“Great Experience, Great Location, Thanks!”

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. My room and especially the bathroom were extremely clean. The room was comfortable, large and was equipped with a fridge and microwave. The parking lot was nicely lit and it felt very safe even late at night. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and that was really important to me. The breakfast area was nice. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited but adequate. I wish they would put out a bit more fruit. The surrounding area was great for shopping so the location was very convenient. I am glad I stayed in the Henderson area and not downtown Las Vegas. I recommend Holiday Inn Express at Henderson to everyone with confidence. Thank you Expedia!

“Maybe it is a little too far away from the Strip”

The hotel was clean and everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet in the morning was just fine. The fruit though was not ripe enough and, as a suggestion, they should include more fresh fruit for the hotel guests. The room was big enough and had good lighting.

To stay closer to the Strip, because that is where the action takes place.
