“Très bien”
Hôtel très bien situé. Très bon accueil, personnel très rendant service.
“Excellent pour le prix”
Un personnel souriant et agreable qui m'a meme permis d'utiliser l'ordinateur de la reception pour imprimer des documents. Un hotel simple mais propre et bien soigne. De plus tres pres de l'aeroport. J'y retournerai
“No Frills”
The hotel has seen better days, but the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, but not of the best quality. Location was good, being just across the road from the beach, although it was on the flight path for incoming planes to Larnaca Airport. I didn't find this a problem though. Overall, for the price, a very decent hotel.

“Good value for money”
The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. They gave us all the inrormation we needed and were very friendly. The hotel and the room itself was a little run-down, nevertheless nice, clean and comfortable (although the bathroom shower has seen better days). There is a little beach right opposite with chairs and umbrellas for rent, though you have to cross a road to get there, as well as a store and a few restaurants. The city centre is about 25 min on foot. Generally it was good value for money and I would recommend it for people coming to Larnaka for shorter stays, but not for a long vacation or for those seeking something more atmospheric or luxurious.
“Central Larnaka Good Stay”
The Flamingo is an older building, but fairly well maintained. We enjoyed the accommodation. It is not five star, as far as amenities go, but it is very acceptable for the price. The staff were helpful and kind. The food is good, but not spectacular. The good news about The Flamingo Hotel is that it is so centrally located that many of the eating and drinking places mentioned in your travel books are within walking distance. We used this as a jump off to additional locations in Cyprus and it was perfect for that. The beach is easy easy access as well.
“2-3 Star w/ friendly staff and decent location”
Though pricey by American standards of comfort, this hotel is well priced for Cyprus. The rooms are sufficiently comfortable and the staff was very nice. Beach is across the steet, as described by the hotel. Taverna next door was cheap, friendly and delicious. 5-minute taxi ride from airport. Overall, a fine launching point for your day's activities, but not a destination to itself.

It is a hotel on the beach with standard comfort, definitely not a five *.
