Had an absolutely awesome breakfast, hotel was extremely clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the maid forgot to clean out the fridge from the previous occupants so it was full of garbage but room was clean other than that, bed was fine for the quality of hotel. We were there for only about 12 hours so didn’t really see what was around but appeared to be in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. We’ll stay here again if we ever travel to Palmdale again

The staff was possibly the friendliest I have ever encountered and I stay in quite a few hotels! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast area was very inviting. Good job!

Undisclosed fees. Drinks and snacks were a joke. Paid twelve dollars a day for a bottle of water and a small package of craisins. Right near freeway and numerous businesses. Numerous homeless individuals in area. Little to no airflow in hotel on warm day. Halls dimly lite. Little water pressure. Breakfast area seating limited.

Everything was great! The only bad thing was traffic noise from the highway. And the room we got had a weird noise that was loud and annoying so it was never trully quiet.

The staff was GREAT! The full breakfast was SUPERB! The mattress was very lumpy and felt a spring in my back all night. Also would be nice to just pay a flat rate for parking. 2 nights cost me an additional 30.00 for non-secure or covered parking.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! My kids and I had a really rough drive home and the staff was so helpful and compensating. This morning the kitchen staff helped my kids get their breakfasts and hot cocoa. I have never been to such an amazing hotel. Will be definitely pledging our loyalty to the Hampton hotels from now on!

We travel a long way to see family in the Palmdale area. We always choose this hotel when we visit. We know service is excellent and cleanliness is always great. Breakfast is always hot, and the coffee is great! Your staff rocks!

The rooms are large but outdated and the tv was small. the staff and free breakfast were great. Plenty of dining options within a 1 mile walking distance as well as shopping also.

Pay for Self Parking??? LAME
Everything was amazing and clean… the toilet struggled to flush even for #1! Had to pour water into the bowl to get it to go down. Will not stay here again though because I had to pay to SELF PARK. I could’ve stayed around the corner for similar price without paying to park :/
