    Snowy Spring Break
The views of the lake are beautiful! Dave was great at communicating. Check in and check out were easy. There are a couple things to take into consideration. Even if it is the winter months, it would be nice to have access to the upper deck and have it cleared of snow. The hot tub is underneath and water drips down while sitting in there. Also, the stairs from the upper deck that lead down to the hot tub should be cleared. The house was clean for the most part. There were a few things we noticed that were dusty, had cobwebs or dishes that needed to be rewashed. Overall, this home fit our family of 5 great. We enjoyed the time together playing in the snow and relaxing in the hot tub. Thankful for all the memories we made during our stay!

    Beautiful location, perfect.
We enjoyed our stay here, the house is perfected nestled on Meeks bay, and the views are stunning! The home was clean and cozy, plenty of blankets and kitchen supplies. 2 min walk to the beach. And short drive to emerald bay, great food and boating and also up north to excrement food options, and local markets.

    ABOVE & BEYOND
This rental was absolutely stunning. Dave was incredibly accommodating and extremely kind. The house had everything you could possibly need and was in the most beautiful location. The view of the mountains and water from the deck made morning coffees and evening glasses of wine something we will never forget. This was quickly added to our list of destinations we want to return too.

    Perfect lakeside retreat
Dave and Linda's place is amazing. We'd picked it for a family getaway and had a great time. Linda was personally present at check in to help us get acquainted with the house and she showed us around as well. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The views are fantastic. They even have a small boat that we took out for a spin on the lake. I'd definitely be coming back!

    Beautiful house in perfect location!!!
Dave’s house was the perfect location for our family get together! The views are spectacular and the lake is right there! We loved walking down to the dock and jumping in the water! Dave let us take his rowboat out which was a hit with the family! There was even a high chair and a pack and play there! Thank you again we can’t wait to come back!

Quick birthday trip for our teenager
We just happened to come across this amazing property at the last minute when choosing a trip for our sons birthday. When we arrived we were in complete awe of the breathtaking beauty of this location! It was absolutely out of this world! In fact we literally only left twice for very quick sledding and came back home to enjoy it. The jacuzzi was wonderful! The house is completely full of every amenity you need. The garage was perfect! Absolutely perfect little getaway! We were sad to hear we could not get a week in summer but understandably so because its perfect!

    Family Get Together
We had a terrific time and the property is beautiful. Dave the owner lives nearby and was able to quickly resolve our minor issue (lack of towels). The property is close to everything that Tahoe has to offer. Our entire family was comfortable here and we had an amazing time - dinners, hanging out, games, hiking. It was a memorable time and we'd definitely stay here again.

    our "instead of Hawaii" trip
Lets face it, some family trips are better than others...and this was our best trip yet. The accommodations worked for our herd. The pier was perhaps the best benefit, it was used from 8AM to stargazing at end of day. Beds were delicious. One change I would ask the owners to make..we had to go purchase soap for the dishwasher, I wish that would have been provided.
