Behind your private backyard pool is the Arizona desert with breath taking mountain views, not another neighbor! You are within walking distance to SARA park’s 2-acre dog park and its large network of hiking and biking trails. Within a mile are the baseball/softball fields, rodeo grounds, shooting range, speedway, and off-road trails.

The new Riviera boat ramp is just a 5-minute drive away.

The home is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. Central air conditioning and heating is complimented with ceiling fans for each and every room. The outdoor amenities include a private heated pool, shaded outdoor dining, Kamado Joe charcoal grill, fire pit, and ample parking for all your toys.

Note: Heating for the pool is only offered during Oct - April for an extra $30.00 per day. The temperature will be between 78-82 degrees depending on weather conditions.

What a view

Great Place!
