"Staff was amazing, pool was great! The room was a little dirty, used floss stick on the floor when we walked in, pulled out the sofa bed and sheets had what looked like crumbs, and shower had dead bugs. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because we really did enjoy our stay. The pool was great, front desk stack was amazing, I didn’t get her name: long hair, glasses, just made everything else fade and would absolutely return for another stay because of her! "

"The room was clean but the sagging mattress needs updating. Our room had a noisy air conditioner that ran all day and night. The noise made it difficult to sleep. The grounds were clean and beautifully kept. The pool area is clean and well-occupied. The Turtle Grille served excellent food and the staff there gave excellent service. We enjoyed our stay in spite of those few exceptions."
