“Very nice hotel”

Nice hotel, breakfast is served at the top of the hotel with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Very good breakfast, we also had dinner two nights and that was very good also. We had paid for a family room, lake view and balcony. They squeezed us into a double room, and the bathroom was so tiny if you sat on the toilet your feet were in the shower, anyway they could not move us the first night, but rectified it the following night, and the family room was fabulous.

“Beautiful butt stinky”

While the hotel was lovely - perfect location, beautiful breakfast restaurant, beautiful lobby, etc - and the view from the room was nice, the room itself was just ok. we specifically reserved a non-smoking room and were disappointed by the stench of cigarette smoke upon arrival. we spoke with the woman at the front desk and asked if we could be moved. she told us unapologetically that there was nothing she could do except maybe spray room spray, which would have made it worse. She said that all rooms in the hotel were smoking rooms, and we couldn't have reserved a non-smoking room. we did enjoy the property and might even consider staying again - however because of the unfortunate experience, we will find somewhere else to stay the next time we visit.
