They really should install exhaust fans in the bathrooms though -- they're getting a fair bit of moisture damage in there from shower steam, (and bathroom window was stuck shut). "The SCP Seven4One is a small boutique hotel with a great location and very friendly staff! However not sure where the 4 stars and the higher price point come in. The hotel does not have a lobby and the partner hotel seems to be undergoing major renovations. Having to pay a resort fee on top of taxes and fees seemed excessive. "

"The property was under construction, so they upgraded us to a room with an ocean view. The location is great for walking to downtown or the main beach. "

The ocean view end room was spectacular, just renovated, Cal king bed and pull out sofa and still lots of space, very zen feeling, beautiful decor, peaceful, quiet and loved the two swinging hammocks for the teenagers to hang out on. Beach access is awesome with beautiful path with zen sitting area to look out onto the ocean. It was the perfect weekend getaway! Thank you for such an amazing experience! "
