Old building but functional fremdly staff amd very helpful, the proximaty to the teain tracks is a minus amd the alleys around the hotel are dirty amd the parkinglot for the guest swas not pkowed so 4x4 was nessecary to oarl the vehicle

Was my go-to place to stay when I come to visit. I've noticed the building starting to get rundown, or something. A lot of walking to get into the building as a guest. The door locks are getting unusable, because the nearest doors won't unlock as they should with your key card.The rooms were clean and beds are good, but the building... I had to enter, not from the closest door, but had to walk around the building to the main entrance to get to my room. I'll choose somewhere else the next time, because there will be a lot of next times.

It was decent. The front desk ladies ALL were kind and friendly!!!!! But to charge 16.95$ per person and it clearly says 10$ on the website. I was defiantly extra charged…. (4 people should be able to be in, room for the same price) we wanted to try a cot for my nephew and it was also an extra charge which was ridiculous we already payed for the room. Some things were decent alot of it was just over charged. and not well organ.did

A great experience. Older hotel but extremely clean and comfortable. Good channels on the TV. Shower was good, instant hot water. Staff was awesome. And the complimentary breakfast was fabulous. Coffee even perfect. Price was good - will definitely stay again.

Tired hotel
This hotel is very tired, in need of refurbishment. The hallway carpet is very worn throughout. Hallway walls in need of paint and repairs. No elevator to the second floor. The ice machine is out of order and by the looks of it, has been for a long time. Bar service is good, a bit pricey on the drinks (no draft, bottled beer only). The room air conditioner worked for the first day, then quit. Management said they would look into it. Bathtub is stained and poorly cleaned. Houskeeping seemed to be lacking in terms of room cleanliness. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant is fine and complimentary hot breakfast is good, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toast, coffee. Lots of parking.

Carpets on stairs dirty. No coffee maker in room. No ice maker for guests. Tub old & film powder on by which found gross & would never bathe in. Toilet had very low water pressure & were never sure it would even flush. When sitting on toilet it was wobbly. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

This property is quite old and is in disrepair. Major Reno’s are needed. Attempts have been started in some places but not completed. Staff and service were great…..so very helpful and courteous. Breakfast and service was again great.

Key cards would nor work on an outside door, or our room. Tried to open the outside door, and hubby had to haul on the opening mechanism, while I threw myself physically from the inside to get it open. Went back to the Front Desk, abd she confirmed the computer boards in the outside door don't work. Had our room cards reprogrammed, was able to get in our room. Ice Maker on main floor is broken but the Front Desk Clerk got us some, using a small plastic pitcher. Room is spacious, clean, and beds are comfortable

The hotel is clean with very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included in the rate is delicious and really helps put this little Inn over the top in value. The only downside is the train tracks that run directly beside the Inn. There were several trains that whistled beside the Inn during the night.

Although the signage within the hallways are lacking, was a good and affordable place to spend a couple days. The in house restaurant is popular with the locals, because the food was very good. Parking was easy access and power outlets for vehicles in the winter. Overall was a good choice.
