This property was in a perfect location , beside the beach, waterbus and buses. Rooms small and basic but was ideal for 2 peopke for a 4 night stay. Bonus having a lovely pool. The outside around the pool and garden areas could do with a bit of maintenance. No aircon which may be a problem for some in very hot weather. But would stay there again

Great location near marina and beach.
A great location and very inexpensive hotel with pool. Great access to old town by ferry for 3Euros. It was better than expected we were very pleased with our choice.

I booked a superior room for my family, the shower was broken, the folding bed for my son was broken! We had to move rooms, but the broken bed we had to fix as there were no spare beds at all!!

Séjour en basse saison correct pour le prix .
Chambre avec terrasse correcte basique , manque de recherche dans la décoration mais literie bonne , un problème d’arrivée d’eau chaude longue qui est connue par l’hôtel et signalé dans la chambre . Un espace pour les repas petit qui est un meuble escamotable.

Résidence mal entretenue. Prise arrachée, infiltration dans le plafond avec goutte a goutte une partie de la nuit , télé qui ne fonctionne pas , l'eau n'est pas chaude mais tiède ... Et en plus Luna Park en face donc bruyant. Personne à l'accueil pour répondre aux problèmes .

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la chambre témoin. Salle de bain rénovée. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et impeccable. Le lit est confortable. La vue est juste magnifique avec sa fenêtre en forme de voûte. À l'accueil, il y a une salle confortable avec des distributeurs de boissons et de nourriture. De l'autre côté de la route, il y a un kebab une pizzeria, une supérette,.... Et biensur le port.

correctement situé sur le port des minimes pour quelqu'un qui veut naviguer. Par contre, beaucoup de bruit à l'entrée du batiment et dans la pièce commune voisine de ma chambre. J'ai mal dormi la première nuit, après, ce fut le silence.

Notre sejour c est tres bien passé je conseille cet établissement le personnel tres serviable et sociable malheureux nous n avons pas eu le beau temps dommage donc pas profité de la mer ni piscine quelle tristesse.

Lieu de résidence très bien situé et proche du bus(illico 4) qui mène à la gare de la rochelle, vieux port en une dizaine de minutes.Seul bémol, l'heure de départ du samedi à 10h. Trop tôt
