Was told the $60 on top of the costs for the room was just being held in case i smoked in the room or destroyed it. I did not smoke and i left the room how it was when i got there minus the bed being made and was still charged the $60. The homeless sleeping in the parking lot wasnt very appealing either. Will not be staying again.

Noise from trolley and freeway.good place just had ants coming out of the wall and shower and sink. The front desk person who checked me in was helpful and professional.

They doubled billed me. I booked my reservation through Expedia . They took my credit card information when I arrived when I checked out they billed me and so did Expedia. The place was dirty, noisy, and the Staff unprofessional.

Always come here but for some reason today there was a new lady that was rude. Charged an extra 40 for early check in. Thats ridiculous for checking in early to a place with plenty ofnrooms open. I didnt like that at al since i visit here regularly.

Fire alarm was making noise due to no battery. Only solution offered was to remove the alarm completely.
Absolutely no drinking water available on the property. Vending machine was out of everything. Was not restocked at all.
Only good part was the lady on the front desk. She helped in every possible way she could.

The motel is minimal in amenities but very clean. The staff was courteous too. Bring your own shampoo etc. The a/c -heater worked great. Bed was comfy.

She explained the hotel was short on rooms and had only one room available on the top for way in the corner of the back of the hotel..

The front desk is the worst. She brings her child to work and she changes the price on you after a day lied about the room being rented out after asking her yesterday about a weeks rent then changed after just a day. Worst attitude ever came across and not knowledgeable at all

The noise level was very high. I didn't realize it was so close to the freeway. Also the fridge kept making a popping noise. The lights outside were so bright that it kept my room lit all night. The curtains weren't long enough to block the light.

Check in was fast and easy, the receptionist was friendly and cordial. In the night we had an ant infestation on the sink and when i notified the night receptionist she wasnt very helpful i had to call and complain like 3 times in order to get a different room.
