I had a great stay. Nice and tidy hotel with ample of parking. The restaurant has a very limited offering. While the meals provided are only heated, they are tasty. The staff is very friendly.

Great location for somewhere just off the motorway. There was a range of continental breakfast options available in the morning. In the are, there are a couple of bakeries within walking distance which is a great alternative for breakfast too. Comfy beds, clean bathroom and friendly staff. I’d stay here again

Amazing value for money compared to the local 'com
Amazing value for money compared to the local 'competition'! The hotel is set way back from the road in tree covered grounds on the ban of the Loire and is therefore quiet and you feel like you're in the country, rather than close to a busy road. The room was large, comfortable with a 'queen'-sized bed, and with good facilities including an excellent shower, all with a view over the River Loire. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby complete the picture. We highly recommend it and will stay there again on our next drive home from the UK through France.

Very convenient location, lovely room, really nice decor, great shower & TV, comfy bed. Reception really nice & spoke good English. Breakfast good, plenty of choices. Would happily use this hotel again.

Great hotel. It's a pity 2 of the local restaurants which are always open have closed down, meant Sunday night with no dinner as most restaurants closed on Sundays.

Great Hotel and great staff
We had a one night stay at the Parc Hotel on the way through to S.W. France as it was halfway to our destination. The Hotel was set in a lovely area with lots of shaded parking areas and garden areas for our dog to play in, there was a garden gate which took us to a walk along the river. The room was decorated in a contemporary style and met our needs completely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially one lovely young lady named Rachel who couldn’t have been more helpful. We liked it so much that we booked a room for our return trip before we left the next morning. We didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on the food. We have now left the Hotel on our return trip and our experience was the same as before. If we do a similar trip in the future this would definitely be our go to stopover.

Helpful staff always available for hot or cold drinks. Lovely garden to sit in, with gate to cycle/foot path by river. Good breakfasts with English options (cereals, bacon, scrambled eggs) as well as continental options. Only downside no kettle, tea & milk in room, only Nespresso style coffee machine.

We loved staying here. Very nice, comfortable hotel located close to Orléans. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was modern. The hotel has large garden in front of the Loire.

there was an infestation of mosquitoes and midges in our room. Someone (before we arrived) must have had the window open - despite a sign telling you not to. The room was FULL of them and the management had to come and vacuum the walls, ceiling and bed. They also sprayed with insect killer which got rid of a lot but not all of them. We spent the night worrying about waking up with bites

Nice room, friendly staff. The corridors were very dark. The reception area was fine, but needed modernisation and had laundry cages stored there. Room was noisy with returning guests - but that can happen anywhere.

Excellent in every way for us (with a dog)
Excellent experience in every way. My partner & I were travelling from our house in Spain to Calais Eurotunnel, with our dog. Hotel is so close to A71 junction. Hotel set in lovely gardens and grounds so it is very quiet. Room was quite large, with an extra bed, and very newly decorated. Excellent shower room. Everything was ‘Boutique’ style decoration and appeared very recently decorated. Hotel is totally dog friendly. A MASSIVE bonus for us. Very nice breakfast room with good choice for continental breakfast. Late night (side door) code and WiFi password shown on room key. So information immediately available. Realised we had stayed at hotel 5 years ago but hotel has since had a complete make-over. Outside, (probably due to time of year, dark, lots of leaves etc) might appear a little dull. But overall a FANTASTIC experience for our stop-over and we will definitely book again. Massive improvement on some of the gites we had stayed in previously.

Very conveniently located hotel for a stopover while traversing the country. Lovely surroundings on the Loire, and good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Staff were helpful, room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was superb.

It appears to have been recently renovated, very nice bedroom and bathroom, the exterior looks a little tired though. Very pleased to be offered the choice of a hot meal in our bedroom when we arrived, not expecting that due to Covid restrictions. Breakfast was pre- ordered, a very wide choice, this was collected next morning and eaten in our bedroom. Quiet location with good parking and only minutes from the autoroute.

Great hotel for an overnight break on a journey
A very quiet hotel in a beautiful setting. A straightforward, clean and comfortable 3 star hotel. Cleaner than some 4 stars I've been in! Lovely personnel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Would be nice to have a rug on the floor and maybe a way to order or make coffee or tea. But for the price, it was good value.

We arrived at the hotel which appears to have more than one name and went to reception where a trolley and bags of washing were lying about. We waited until another couple had been dealt with, then stood there for a few minutes while the manager fiddled about with the computer, eventually said “un moment”, then carried on ignoring us for another few minutes. He finally checked us in. The carpets on the landing and corridor were badly stained and there was an unpleasant smell. The toilet in the en-suite was badly stained, the lower bracket for the shower screen was dirty and the fridge had brown fluid on the bottom. I went back to reception where a younger man who seemed to be part of the family was sitting. I asked for the toilet and fridge to be cleaned. He called a cleaner and they came to the room. They said it wasn’t possible to clean the toilet, it was just marked and when I showed them the fridge, the cleaner used a towel to wipe it, then the bottle of water that had been sitting in the brown fluid. I objected to the fact that she did not use any disinfectant and just wiping it with a towel was not good enough. The young man and the cleaner insisted that was enough and left. The voile curtains at the window had dirty marks and there was a strange smell in the room. The sheets and towels were clean but I didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. We had booked a room on our return through France but can’t face staying there again, even if we don’t get a refund.

The hotel was a little gem situation wise, but the owners have only recently taken over and need a lot of work to bring this beautiful place up to scratch, it has so much potential just needs plenty of TLC couldn’t have been in better location.
