Excellent across the board. Metro station is outside the hotel . Close to a major intersection with Bus stops. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. Very busy tourist area and can reach to almost all tourist areas .. highly recommended.. hotel breakfast is not the best and recommend LVIV croissant or Havana coffee shop across the street

If a guest lost a key-card, the prior key must be DISABLED. I’ve seen thugs following me almost to my room with the card I lost - it’s not safe.

A great base for Kiev
I will definitely stay here again if I return to Kiev. It was in a great location right near the metro and walking distance to downtown sights. I loved the view and the cleanliness and wifi was outstanding.
