"Eccellente struttura purtroppo però non avendo il generatore, molto spesso non funzionava l’ascensore ed è stato a volte impegnativo. Inoltre non avendo una spiaggia convenzionata bisognava al mattino presto andare nelle spiagge e pagare i lettini perché le altre spiagge non potevi prenotare. Colazione eccellente sia dolce che salata "

"Our stay with Joni apartments was absolutely beautiful ! . The comfort was amazing and the hospitality the owners shared with us was incredible and touching with such thoughtful acts during our stay . We really will be coming back here when visiting Ksamil again . I absolutely recommend a stay here for families especially as it’s very warm and welcoming but peaceful yet close by to everything you need in Ksamil. Thankyou so much to the hosts you were such lovely people . "

"The personnel was very welcoming and helpful. They helped us have pleasant stay in the hotel. The room was big, with a nice view and clean. The restaurants and the beach were near by in around 200m from the hotel. "

"GORGEOUS and wonderful included breakfast! Only thing I would have changed is to have had nightstands put next to the beds (I was in the new section, their third guest!). Also, a warning that there is a SUPER steep hill getting up to the place so it may not be the best for older people (we had to get a different place in town for my 66 year old mom due to the steepness of the hill)."

"This was a lovely new hotel. We were met with a warm welcome and shown straight to our room even though we were a little early. Breakfast was lovely - buffet style on the rooftop terrace with lots of options including homemade traditional delights and fresh coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that due to the hard floors, you could hear guests moving around in the room above. You could also hear some noise from the adjoining rooms and the corridors. "
