“Great for what you pay”

Unfortunately, there were no cheaper hotels in the area and my friend and i were traveling on a tight budget. This one was more than half of our lodging budget but it was worth it. The continental breakfast was great with many options to choose from. We really wish this hotel had a hot tub though

“CLEAN & COMFORTABLE”

Our room was a "Queen-Smoking" room. Even though it was a smoking room, it did not have that musty-smoky smell. It had two comfy queen-size beds with four pillows each. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker w/coffee. The television worked great and had a great channel selection, including two premium channels. The bathroom had a nice supply of towels and some wonderful-smelling soap and shampoo. The shower was awesome... it had a very wide spray which felt like a full-back massage! There was an indoor pool (8-ft on the deep end). The water was clean and warm. Breakfast was served every morning; unfortunately, we are late sleepers and did not get to take advantage of it. The staff did a great job cleaning our room. Overall, we had a great stay. The rates were very reasonable and the staff very friendly.

I would recommend this hotel to all. The outsite building is in need of repair and the inside as well, but as for the service, clealiness and breakfast, it was great.

Originally skeptical after reading a 2.6 overall review. However was very satisfied in almost all areas.. Negatively the pool was very cold. However, we arrived late in the day and only a few people had so far checked into the hotel. Owner was extremely pleasant and courteous. The continental breakfast was good. Excellant waffles and a good variety of foods. The hotel appeared to have been recently carpeted and painted thruout.

Our room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, good rate, hot and cold breakfast options. No complaints, will stay here again, Thanks:)

“Nice Quiet location in Kittery, ME.”

The Ramanda of Kittery was easy to get to, it was on By-Pass Route 1 in Kittery, ME. Right next store was a convenience store. Inside the hotel there was an indoor pool and fitness center. The buffet breakfast bar was fully stocked and you can make waffles too. There is fresh fruit, pastries, muffins, englilsh muffins, cereal (both cold and hot). Everyday you can catch up on news by reading the local paper or the World News, or watch the news on the full screen TV. It was very easy to check in and out.

As our entrance to the state of maine for our vacation this hotel was convenient and a good quality for the money

If you are looking for an affordable hotel in the Kittery, ME area, this hotel is old but it was better than I expected.

“It served its purpose”

The rooms were kind of small. There was no A/C in the lobby and dining room and it was very uncomfortable. The waffles were a nice touch. Real cream for the coffee would have been better though.
