“Nice hotel with a reliable shuttle”
Was very pleased that the shuttle arrived in good time after being called from the airport. Nice hotel!
“Very Clean and Friendly. Comfy beds!”
The hotel exceeded our expectations with cleanliness. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool/hottub room was very chlorinated and it was harsh on the eyes but you could be sure no bacteria was present! There were cookies on the front desk throughout the day and also complimentary wine/cheese tasting on Tuesday night, then a complimentary bbq on Wednesday night. We didn't actually get a chance to take advantage of the bbq. The breakfast in the morning was not included. The buffet was $10 but included omlets made to order, waffles, bagels, eggs fixed how you wanted, meats, various breads, etc. A really fair price for what you were offered.

Room was very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate and baked goods. We had dinner and breakfast in the dining room and the food was very good. There are a few places to eat in a nearby mall area but nothing special. This hotel is on the outskirts of Bangor right off the freeway--great location if you are passing through as we were. We marked down the comfort because our room was on the freeway side and there was a lot of road noise at night. Try to get a room on the opposite side if you stay here. The fan on the air conditioner/heater was a bit noisy but it was typical of most hotel rooms.

It was a truly great hotel. Very nice touches such as granite counter tops and frendly staff. We really enjoyed the room, the service, and the breakfast!!

“I would stay here again in the future”
This hotel was so beautiful on the inside and out. The people were so friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms were spectacular. We had a king size bed which fit in the room and plenty of space was still left to move around in. The bathroom was spacious which is a plus when you have a bunch of girl basketball players trying to get ready in your room.
“The only place to stay in Bangor!”
After being displaced in Bangor due to hurricane Irene- we actually checked out of the Sheraton! The Hilton Garden Inn had guest laundry services, a hot tub, courtesy shuttle~~ all of those were not available at the Sheraton! Amazing friendly staff and a clean- accommodating hotel.
“Highly recommend this one!”
This hotel was excellent. We arrived late and were all very tired, but we were checked in right away and the facility was great. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. They also have the best waffles ever!
“Bangor stay”
Very nice hotel. New & bright. Stayed at Hilton in Vancouver a few years ago & got the same treatment. Would definitely visit again for a stay.
“Great staff and facilities!”
All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again when we return.
