Spectacular, direct beachfront condo. You know you can tell the places where owners have taken pride in providing the ultimate experience for their guests. That passion to share what drew them to the space in the first place. This is a top floor, front, and central unit. Located in a quiet resort, the floor plan is open. The kitchen, dining, and living area flow together, all tiled, all with extraordinary panoramic ocean views. Kealia 604 is newly remodeled with quality materials, finishes, and furniture. Think stainless steel, granite, marble, leather… you get the picture. The fully equipped kitchen is simply beautiful and completely open to the panoramic views. How could anything you prepare here be anything short of delectable. (Simply impossible). With two bedrooms (both with wide-open, unobstructed ocean views), this unit welcomes four guests. The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with a corner bench and granite vanity. Additional amenities include AC in the living room and master bedroom with ceiling fans throughout, DVD, stereo, complimentary cable TV, internet, washer/dryer, and parking. Outside, the resort features a lovely little pool, barbecue area, picnic area, and plenty of lounge chairs. All of these are beachfront, with uninterrupted views of the ocean and all things that are happening in it. You are close to shore where people are sunning on the beach, turtles bobbing in the surf, swimmers and snorkelers sharing the space . . . and further out paddlers, surfers, and kayakers. Even further out, harbor boats are to-and-fro-ing! Over the winter months, Humpback Whales make their annual birthing migration from freezing Alaskan waters to our safe and warm bay. At Kealia, you will see them gliding, fin-slapping, breath-blowing, and whole-body breaching! You will go back home to all the beauties of your place, with an appreciation for how diverse this earth is, (because the beauty of nature is everywhere). Unbeatable View!
We had a lovely stay here. The condo was clean and looked just liked the pictures. Spectacular view from every room. Great quiet and accessible location. Sugar Beach is very little-kid friendly with gentle waves. Kitchen has many cooking utensils and nice eating space. Thank you for sharing the space, we would stay again!

This is our first time in N. Kihei. We typically stay in S. Kihei across from Kamaole II. Sugar beach was much calmer for oue 5 year old this time.

DREAM VACATION IN MAUI
My stay at this apartment in Maui was truly a dream vacation. The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the apartment was a daily highlight. Waking up to the stunning sunrise colors over the ocean was equally beautiful. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and exceptionally well-equipped. The only minor hiccup was the occasional issue with the water supply, which came and went, causing temporary inconveniences. However, it was a minor blip in an otherwise perfect experience. Thank you for making our dream vacation a reality!

Beautiful view and perfect location
Absolutely love this condo. The ocean views were outstanding, I dare say the best of the 4 places we stayed in the Hawaiian island. A beautiful light breeze filled the rooms and were we very comfortable. Loved how quiet it was and we fell asleep every night listening to the ocean waves. The sunset view from the lanai were far the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. The only thing I would mark the condo do for was the shower which could use some cleaning attention. Other than that it was a perfect place to call home for a few days. The location was perfect to day trips. For the three tours that pick us up, we were the last ones picked and first ones dropped off due to our location. Everyone else was staying in Wailea. We liked that especially when on the RTH trip and the sunrise tour. We got a little extra sleep those mornings.

Great ocean views
A beautiful beach location with an amazing view of the bay. Close to everything you need. Sherry was very helpful when I had questions. The condo came with beach chairs and boogie boards. I think there were some umbrellas tucked away under the main bed too but I didn't use them.

The condo was clean and well kept. However the A/C was insufficient as one bedroom had to be kept open to get any of the cool air as it had none of its own. The power went out for several hours the second day here and the elevator has been out since yesterday and this unit is on the top floor.

Incredible Views
This location & views cannot be beat!! We were scoping other condos during our visit, but there wasn’t a single other one we would have rather stayed at! Enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the lanai every morning as the sun rose until it warmed up the beach & pool area enough to go swimming. Loved being steps away from such a nice, quiet beach that hardly ever had more than a handful of people on it. So nice to be able to pop up to the condo to grab more sunscreen, snacks, or drinks. Definitely recommend staying here, we will be returning!! Thanks for helping make a great vacay!

Perfect location
On the north side of Kihei, was the perfect location for everything we did on the island. It’s right on beach - which was never busy- so it was perfect for a quick dip, evening stroll, or lounging and listening to the waves. Ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Although we were right on the beach, we didn’t get more than a slight breeze into the condo. Sometimes is was a bit warm, but overall didn’t mind. (There is an a/c unit but we chose not to use as we preferred the fresh ocean air!). One issue did come up: the clearance to the garage is only 6’ and our jeep was too tall to clear. We did not feel comfortable parking on road. We were able to work with Sherry and trade spots for something on the main floor.
