Introductory Rate - We would love for you to be one of the first guests at this unit to help start up the great reviews! Royal Mauian #201 is a renovated 2Bd/2Ba unit on the 2nd floor of an amazing complex! The unit is equipped with split system A/C throughout, full kitchen, W/D, TV, telephone, and free Wifi. The primary bedroom features split a/c, ceiling fan, King bed and a large SmartTV. The en suite bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom also is cooled with split A/C and a ceiling fan. The two twin beds can be converted to a king according to the guest's preference and a large SmartTV is also included in this room. The guest bathroom features a walk in shower. The living room provides a sofa trundle bed for extra sleeping space and the room is cooled with split a/c and a ceiling fan. A large SmartTV is available so you can watch your favorite shows as you relax in the evening or you can unwind out on the lanai. This unit features a standing east-facing lanai- not big enough for furniture - but the right size if you want to step out and catch the morning breezes. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler provided for your outdoor adventures. Royal Mauian #201 sleeps 6.

Family vacation, first time to Hawaii
We really enjoyed this property. The location is steps away from the beach. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The pool and rooftop area are both very nice. This unit faces the street side but it is very quiet. Communication with the host was easy and they always got back to me right away. I would definitely love smtp stay here again.

A very nice unit. Only downfall was that this unit doesn’t have an ocean view and actually looks onto the street. Great location and the bbq area on top of roof is excellent.

Perfect Family Accomodations!
My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in this condo and it was truly perfect. It was immaculately kept and cleaned, had literally everything we needed, and felt like it was right in the middle of Kihei. It was on the beach, but also within walking distance of everything - grocery store, restaurants, snorkel and surf rentals, etc. The beds were super comfy for all of us, and even though it was on the street side of the building, we felt like we didn’t hear much traffic. It was definitely a home away from home and we had a lovely time staying. Would gladly stay again!

Great location and updated, clean place. But the unit is in an undesirable spot within the building
Stay was great. Very nice unit with a great, well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was provided. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Location of the building was great, right next to the beach. Future guests should be aware that this unit has no lanai. It sits right on the road with no view of anything but Kihei rd. and the parking lot. It is the least desirable location in the building and it’s very dark. The building has ample common spaces to enjoy but they’re all a ways from the unit.

Great location; comfortable beds
We greatly enjoyed having a great beach for boogie boarding, strolling, and watching sunsets right outside the door. Having restaurants and a great grocery store across the street is also fantastic. The beds and sofa were all firm and super comfortable. The one downside is that the apartment faces the street, not the ocean; the upside of which is that I can afford to stay in such a great location.

Outstanding Maui Condo
We spend 2 weeks in this condo and we were very happy. It had a kitchen that was better stocked than any other short term rental we have stayed in. It is spacious and I loved that you don't share walls with any other units. We didn't see it as a downside but the lanai is very small and faces the street which didn't bother us since you are right between 2 beachs qnd there are ample chairs at the back of the building for use. Although the lanai faces the road you don't hear traffic noise when the door is closed and it has air conditioning. Having outside walls on both sides of the unit gives lots of natural light. There are chairs to take to the beach supplied so overall I would recommend this unit for a great beach vacation.
