The staff was extremely polite. The breakfast option was nice, some of the other patrons not the staff treated it like a free for all and were messy and pushy as if they had never had a 'free' breakfast before. The pool area could use a clean up. The pool area was kind of dirty, but the slide for our child was a big hit.

Great housekeeping! Noisy by conference rooms. Our room was beside the stairs and exit which made it very noisy all night! Breakfast was very good! I liked the coffee and tea available all day. Room too pricey. Pool was cold. Upstairs was noisy! Poor lighting in bathroom.

Breakfast area / service was the best I have seen for some time. Bedrooms on the west side are not the best due to overnight noise from the mall next door

The waterslide was an absolute highlight to our family for this little vacation. The staff made the experience absolutely incredible. Todd and Darrell’s Customer service was absolutely exceptional! I look forward to staying here again.

Facility was clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It was nice to have coffee & tea available at all times down in the lobby. The only negatives I can say are the bed was not very comfortable & the rooms don’t have much sound proofing. We were awoken by the neighbouring rooms alarm clock that went off for a good 20 minutes & we could also clearly hear everyone in the hallway.

Nice place to spend the night with an heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub jets did not seem to be working but the temperature was nice.

This property was everything we wanted. Room was pet friendly- no smells which was great. Linens were clean and good quality. Hotel was in a good area. Front desk desk were super friendly and helpful.Breakfast was included and very good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

Dear Corinna,Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I can certainly understand your disappointment with the closure of our Outdoor Pool & Hot tub whilst you stayed with us. The unfortunate cold snap that we experienced which was very unusual for our region caused the pool deck heating elements to malfunction. With the cold, we also received heavy snowfall, and this only added to the unsafe conditions. Therefore, we made the difficult decision to close the pool area until the cold snap passed, and the time needed to repair the heating elements. I'm happy to say that after a few days we were able to get everything up and running again, and pool decking heating elements was once again doing its job.I do hope we have the chance to host you at our property again for you to be able to utilize the pool area with moderate winter conditions that we are used to seeing.Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. I hope we'll have the opportunity to welcome you back again to the Fairfield Kelowna and provide you with the experience you expected during this most recent stay.Warmest Regards,
