"Well maintained and friendly staff. Amazing view from our room. Quiet location considering the amount of guest. Only one problem we had was half the parking near handicap was closed due to painting which made parking for mobility impaired guest challenging. Otherwise what a great resort. Will definitely choose again our next Maui visit. "

"The Hyatt Regency was awesome. From the staff to the property and the beach. 10/10 recommend. We didn’t want to leave. Loved that you could hang a notice on the door and receive a $10 credit for not using room service! Larry at Umalu was the best! Mahalo!!! ❤️"

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a King Ocean View room in Nalu building (4) 6th floor. The view was spectacular. Room was exactly like pictured. I didnt think it was dated at all but standard hotel decor. It was as expected. Room was clean and balcony was great. I loved the open air hallways nestled next to Black Rock. We dined at Coral Reef for breakfast (Benedicts!)and dinner (octopus app is so good). Cliff Dive for lunch (Mahi tacos!) and pool apps (chips and salsa)and Mai Tai for drinks (Julep!). Food was great, drinks were good, and prices on par with other area dining options. The nightly entertainment at Cliff Dive never disappointed. Staff are FANTASTIC!! From the valets and front desk, , to bartenders/servers to housekeeping and pool attendants. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool was chilly first 2 days, but not terrible (ocean was too), it warmed up rest of stay. I loved floating the lazy river between the two. Jacuzzi is nice!!! Standard size, if even a bit bigger (Ben is lying), fits 10 adults at least, and nestled into rock with waterfall. I loved it. The grounds are very well maintained. Landscaping is gorgeous. The koi pond is neat and well taken care of. The resort cat is so cute. We loved running into her. 🐈❤️ We also enjoyed the fire pit. Very nice in the evening to wind down and have a glass of wine. My only suggestion would be adding a few hammocks around property. 10/10 Will def be back! ❤️🌞"

"Great place to bring a family. We had a suite that provided lots is space for kids and adults. The water slide, mini golf and activity center with foosball, ping pong, bingo and even a mini bowling alley were hits w the kids. The ocean out front of the property is not advisable to swim for small kids because is strong currents, but a perfect bay for swimming was just 10 min away. The property may be a little dated for the luxury crowd, but perfect for what we needed."
