"This was our first time staying at an "off-grid" hotel, and it was very pleasant. It i a difficult place to get to, requires a cr and a boat ride from the airport, which was included in the price of the stay. Bring lots of mosquito repellent. All meals are included and are really delicious, and there is unlimited coffee and tea and a lovely outdoor lounge with hammocks and internet above the lobby. "The best service I have ever recieved. They were so attentive and caring. I wanted milk with my coffee at 9 at night and they went and got me some. Our tour guide carlos was amazing and made sure we got the most of the amazon and all our adventures. Carlos and angelo even came and picked us up and made sure we got to the lodge and airport. Our shower had no nozzle, the shower curtain didn't reach the floor to keep the water in, screens were full of holes. There is no hot water. Garbage was not emptied.
