The only concern is there was no microwave available in the room or either on the floor

As listed, we do not have any cooking facilities in any of the rooms but our Front Desk staff are generally able to assist with using the microwave in the Pub.

The location of this property is very convenient to restaurants and walking trails. The bathroom was a little dated. It is located across the road from the train station and had some extra noise due to construction next door. The front desk staff wasn’t as friendly as other places we have stayed.

Room was nice, staff was super friendly. Room was right above the bar. The music was so loud and I could hear everything. Put ear plugs in and had to wear noise cancelling headphones over them to try to get to sleep. Next time I’ll pack up and request a new room

Loved the area, staff was super friendly. The bathroom layout was WEIRD and theres no bath tub, but a huge shower. Water pressure was good, but could have been better. All in all, I'd stay here again, its a good hotel just not one that knocked my socks off..it was a place to crash.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a handful of rooms that have no bathtub to accommodate walk-in shower requests however if a bathtub is your preference, please let us know next time.

Nice rooms .. clean.. beds were comfortable.. free parking.. right in the center of town. Staff were amazing and roof top hot tubs had great views! Definitely recommend .. had a wonderful stay!

Nice cozy hotel, you can hear other guests easy between floors but they quieted down. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Rooftop hot tub was warm and able to have a drink as long as not in glass. However they offer plastic cups. There’s no assigned parking but easily found some on the street.

From check in to check out was a nice experience. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Close to everhthing! Rooms are clean. Hot tubs were a nice touch. I wouldnt recommend a room facing the Athabasca Hotel if you want a quieter night. Thanks for adding to our amazing weekend in Jasper. We will be back!

Check in was seamless and organized. Not a lot of on site parking, however, employee checking us in was super helpful on where to park for free and we got a street side spot right in front of the Inn so no issues there. I could see summer being a bit tougher to find parking. Rooms are very clean and tidy.

Unfortunately due to our location in a national park where people enjoy hiking in nature, sometimes insects make their way indoors on the belongings of our guests. We do our best to ensure that this doesn't happen and hope that your complimentary upgrade to a Suite helped to compensate for the inconvenience.
