Great Hotel, Received Upgrade
The hotel is stylish, in a great location as it’s easy to walk to restaurants, sites etc. The superior room is spacious, the bed very comfortable with good pillows and bedding. Black out drapes also provide a very good sleep. You do hear some street noise depending on the night and how much activity is outside. Breakfast is very good. All staff are helpful and friendly. The only shortcoming is parking and the difficulty of unloading and reloading the car with luggage.

It is centrally located and View from restaurant and bar at the top is outstanding. Parking is not on-site but literally across the street with 24 hour access. Breakfast buffet has good selection and includes local items (pita, cheeses, yogurt, olive bread, and other items).

SAZ for the modern quality and welcome
Brand new hotel in real city center Ioannina with all facilities. Rooms with excellent bedding and terrace with Lake view. Free WiFi and workable (strong) Interesting roof terrace on top floor Food provided with excellent quality Hotel offers free parking in the close Parking plot (300m) All bars, restaurants around. Would certainly go back because of friendly personnel and good hotel management for this real 4* hotel Soon pool should open at -3 floor 😉

We had a great expirence at the hotel, breakfast was excellent. Wasn’t excited about Nisi island. Very unkept with a lot of vendors. Loved going up into the mountains and seeing the villages.

Wonderful stay
Had a great time staying here. We had a room on the top floor and enjoyed a very large bed, very modern bathroom, and an overall very friendly staff. The young woman who helped us at the delicious breakfast was particularly nice. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic modern hotel
Drove up from Olympia. Fairly easy to find hotel however parking was more than difficult. Had a spot outside hotel on street but advised not to park there as police station right there. Receptionist very friendly and tried to be helpful but her English was lost in translation and we spent over an hour trying to park. Once that was out of the way, the hotel was fantastic! Modern, clean, quiet with big fluffy towels. Within walking distance of my historical sites and near lots of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Overnight at the Saz City Hotel
Saz City Life Hotel is ideally situated for walking and exploring the city. It's a 10 min walk to the beautiful lake area and minutes away from the historic fortress as well as shopping areas. The hotel is quite contemporary inside- almost Danish modern. Very clean. Comfortable beds. A nice complimentary breakfast in their rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city. The downsides are: 1)because it's on a busy, one way street, it is quite difficult for a car to stop in front to load or unload passengers and more difficult with luggage; and 2) they offer free parking. However they don't tell you that the parking is several blocks away and in a private garage that is difficult to access. We actually got locked in this multilevel garage because we arrived on a Sunday when there is no staff. And there is no cell service inside the garage to call for help. It was not a pleasant experience. Also when exiting the garage with your vehicle, it is not easy to get back to the Main Street towards the hotel if you don't have a good sense of direction.

Great bed. Wonderful breakfast menu that was made-to-order. CNBC on TV with other English channels. Parking location was good but a bit inconvenient. Driving to location was a bit difficult, as are cities in Greece. But the location was centrally located.

I travel a lot so I would say I know what good standard is when I see it, and my stay at Saz City was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel is of extremely high standard and the staff is unbelievably friendly not to mention hospitable. Ioannina is a great place to visit if one would like to get a glimpse of the authentic Greek experience. The food is great, the people friendly and the city is beautiful. Definetly a favorite.

Fantastisch nieuw hotel met persoonlijke service: receptioniste gaat mee naar de kamer om alles uit te leggen en we kregen gratis fruit aangeboden. Parkeren is gratis in een ondergrondse garage op loopafstand. Pluspunt: rooftopbar . Helaas was het zwembad buiten werking. Verbeterpuntje: zorg dat het douchescherm al het water tegenhoudt...nu werd het een waterballet op de vloer en hang haakjes voor de douchlakens iets lager zodat ook kleine mensen erbij kunnen.
