"My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay at Ardoran House. Richard organised for us to be collected from the ferry pier at no cost. We were made to feel very welcome and Richard was attentive to every detail to make our stay enjoyable. The premises were modern, very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a glass of wine at 6.00pm and enjoyed two excellent breakfasts during the stay. I would highly recommend a visit to Ardorran house. "

"Amazing views of the sea, the lighthouse and wildlife (seals, deer). Lovely family owned property. Very relaxing and picturesque area ideal for walks and within driving distance to the distilleries. It was exactly as portrayed: an historic (and idiosyncratic) small inn/hotel; not fancy, very straightforward; on the water in a wonderful location; a great kitchen punching way above its weight. "Fantastic host. Lots of helpful info for dining options and how things work on Skye. Great literature for hikes, maps, etc. ice, mini fridge, microwave and utensils in case you buy takeout. Great conversation with the owner and others at breakfast (which had a huge variety of options) about what else to see in Scotland. On site parking. Definitely would stay again. "
