"Absolutely amazing stay! Such a convenient location, only a 5min walk from the main town, and there were a couple of restaurant bars right next door. The property is right on the beach and they give you chairs and things if you want them. Staff were super friendly. They offered for us to store our bags and use the property if we needed to kill time before our ferry and spoke some English too. "I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒. "

"Well located, close enough to the center without being bothered by the action. Nice setting, a bit motel-style arrangement (rooms in a row along an iutside walkway), but on a pretty garden. "My fiance and I had a few extra days in the Rio area and found this amazing Pousada on the site. It was charming, quaint, and had the most amazing views. We had several quiet nights here and loved the darling breakfasts wheeled to our table on a cart. My suggestion to the host would be to have a written explanation of how to get hot water from the shower in several languages. "
