Very fine hotel in Igoumenitsa
Lovely family-operated hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & kind. Ample & tasty breakfast provided. Spacious room w/ patio. Centrally located.

Very convenient to ferry port. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself is not flashy. It is functional. Rooms with "sea view" look out over a street and giant parking lot with trucks and cars queuing for ferries day and night.

Sufficient for our needs!
This was a terrific place to stay as we had to catch a ferry to Corfu the next morning. It is easy to find and convenient restaurants near by.

The staff at this property were AMAZING! A fantastic 5-star service! The property is - as far as I could tell - the closest to both international and domestic ferry departures. Less than a 3-5 min walk to either! We were headed out on the late ferry to Italy and our host offered to extend a partial night to allow us to stay in the room until it was time to depart. He gave us great support in understanding when, where and how to check in for our trip and was just generally a friendly and cheerful guy! We could not have asked for anything better! The room was clean and comfortable - on par for expectations of a property at this price point. The AC was cold! (just what we needed on a hot day!) The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with traditional Greek food and other offerings... we ate there twice! Would we go back? ABSOLUTELY! This was one of the most friendly hotels we have stayed in! If you have to leave (or are coming in on) the ferry, this is a perfect place to stay!

The hotel already looks a bit datet although it has been build in 2000. The room was big and clean but had a musty smell, must be because of the old carpet and bedspread. It had a big bathroom but the shower cubicle was small and had an annoying shower curtain. The airconditioning worked but we couldn't get our room cold enough to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was oké. They serve good a Greek freddo espresso at their cafe. The hotel is opposite the harbour but you still need to walk 20 minutes for the ferry to Corfu. The area isn't anything special but it's an easy walk to the centre of Igoumenitsa.

Not an Airport Hotel so Ignore Shuttle Offer
Booked this hotel for an overnight airport stay as they was showing as having an airport shuttle so naturally thought they were near to the airport. I was totally shocked to find out that the airport shuttle was at a charge of 350€ as the hotel is actually miles away from the airport. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they should even think about offering the shuttle as an option at that price and I felt it was an entrapment because people book airport shuttle hotels with the thought that these hotels are actually near an airport. As I didn't noticed the small print information about this until the day before I was not entitled to a refund so the hotel gained my money for nothing so I expect they don't care about this entrapment because they still get their money. Luckily Hotels.com recognised this as being unfair and offered me some refund although not a total refund. We went to a proper airport hotel in the end that was near to the airport.

a diamond in the rough
Not expecting much from a hotel situated alongside a busy industrial quay mainland Greece, we were surprised at the elegant oasis this hotel offered. Rooms were spacious, staff wonderful, breakfast fabulous. We highly recommend Angelika's.

Perfect location to catch a ferry
The hotel is perfectly adequate. It is clean, has air conditioning. You wouldn't want to go there for a holiday. The area is a bit bleak and grubby . After all it is practically in the harbour. But If you are wanting to catch an early ferry, its perfect, as Its about 200 metres from the International Ferry port. If you want a good meal there is Tassos round the corner which is excellent

Great place!!!
Been travelling all over southern Europe and have stayed in some amazing places, but this has been the best so far. The staff was extremely helpful and always there but without being overbearing, The facilities, i.e, pools, restaraunts, and common areas, were very nice, and our room had all the creature comforts you'd expect. Will recommend this place to friends and will be back.

Right off the boat
This hotel was great. It was super close to the port, which made finding it easy for us. It was clean and the staff spoke wonderful english. They were very helpful and we ended up staying there another night.

Very nice hotel. Close to the port. We arrived late at night with the ferry and was only a 3 min drive. Nice restaurants and tabernas at walking distance unfortunately it was too late to eat for us but i’m sure they were good

Everything was great
Personel was kind and friendly and always willing to assist. Room was comfortable and clean. Balconies have a great view and lots of space and are well protected from the sun. Parking space right on the back entrance of the hotel which leads to the reception and elevator. Ideal for people on wheelchairs. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast was satisfying with enough options. Pharmacy and mini market right around the corner plus quick lunch shops.

Το Angelika είναι μια κλασική αξία σε μια πόλη, χωρίς κάτι το ιδιαίτερο, όσον αφορά τα ξενοδοχεία της. Κοντά στο λιμάνι, και ένα χιλιόμετρο περίπου από το κέντρο, αποτελεί μια από τις λίγες αξιοπρεπείς λύσεις στην Ηγουμενίτσα, μια πόλη με προοπτικές, που δεν τελεσφόρησαν. Πρωινό μέτριο, δωμάτια καθαρά, εξυπηρετικοτατο προσωπικό.
