Don't do it
Very old, small rooms. Poor water pressure, not good location. Hotel may have been ok for 40 years ago but not for today's market. Needs urgent upgrade

Traditional style hotel close to everything
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Arrived one day earlier and the staff were very happy to give us a room for the night on short notice. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying with an abundance of traditional Cretan products cooked freshly every morning. The location was close to the Centre of Ierapetra and with easy reach to beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters. Will definitely stay at Blue Sky on our next visit to the region.

If you don’t rent one car you can’t reach the center of city, it is impossible to reach it on foot.

Fint hotel og sødt personale
Vi havde et par rigtig gode dage hos Blue Sky. Hotel personalet var rigtig søde og nemme at snakke med. Værelset var rigtig pænt og meget rent. Der blev gjort rent hver dag på værelse og sengen blev redt. Morgenmaden var fin og det var muligt at få aftensmad (god mad!) på hotellet for billige penge. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold på Blue Sky.

Uniquement si vous profitez de la piscine
Nous sommes restés qu'une seule nuit dans cet hôtel du fait de notre circuit prévu tout autour de l'île. Nous sommes arrivés en milieu d’après midi afin de profiter de la piscine, qui est d'ailleurs le point fort de cet hôtel. La piscine était plutôt propre, malgré quelques mouches qui avaient eu le temps de s'y noyer depuis le début de la journée. Par contre, autour de la piscine faites attention aux petits cailloux qui peuvent vous blesser. C'est dommage que le revêtement ne soit pas plus lisse, ce qui éviterait par ailleurs de salir les transats! Nous n'avons pas diner à l'hôtel, par contre le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le tarif (peu de choix côté sucré, boissons de moyenne qualité, ...). Concernant le prix de la chambre, il correspond aux tarifs pratiqués sur le reste de l'île pour un hôtel low cost. La chambre est assez spacieuse, tout comme la terrasse. Niveau propreté chambre/salle de bain rien à dire c'était nickel. La salle de bain en revanche n'est pas très grande et peu fonctionnelle, dommage. Le prix nous semble donc justifié en partie par la piscine.

Abseits vom Trubel für Leute mit Auto
Das familiär geführte Hotel ist sehr freundlich, ich habe mich dort gleich wohl gefühlt. Da es ca. 5km außerhalb von Ierapetra liegt und die Busverbindungen nicht so toll sind, würde ich das Hotel nur jemandem empfehlen, der auch ein Auto hat, Im Umkreis von ca. 3 km gibt es weder Supermarkt, noch Taverne. Auch der Strand in Sichtweite ist wegen der scharfkantigen Felsplatten nicht ideal. Wer Ruhe sucht, der kann sie hier finden und sich auch am Pool wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist für griechische Verhältnisse sehr vielseitig und gut. Abends habe ich einmal für 10 € extra das Abendbuffet getestet. Aufgrund der wenigen Gäste in der Nebensaison war die Auswahl zwar nicht groß, geschmacklich aber lecker und auch für jeden was dabei. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr herzlich, ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Hotel situé en sortie de ville. Accès a la plage coupé par une route passante.Heureusement il y a de bonne fenêtre.Des chaussures d'eau sont nécessaire pour la baignade.Personnel très serviable,avec des petits déjeuner en sus très copieux.Quelques aboiement de chien.
