The property was nice but it was a weird musty smell entering the room. There was also a party for children in the dance hall which is directly across from the main desk which made it difficult to communicate while customers were checking in or out.

The hotel was poorly managed and staff was rude. We checked in and couldn’t even be given directions to the elevator to get to our room. Wall sockets were Out and the bathroom sink was broken. For a no smoking property, we got a smokers room. Ice machine wasn’t working. No microwave on the property so you can’t even reheat your left overs

The hotel lobby is falling apart, the so-called weight room is trashed, and the staff is either rude or absent. However, once you’re in your room, it’s not so bad. The Hispanic cleaning and maintenance staff do the beat they can with the circumstances. If you can overlook the trashed exterior and the trashed lobby and the oddly supercilious person at the front desk, it’s not a bad value.
