Had a small issue with Airco on first night but the Hamilton hotel team quickly responded and, change rooms and provided an upgraded room. Hotel staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and in gagging. Perfect location, wry central.

Don't stay at the metro points hotel. Too much noise, constant knocking on doors in the early hours of the morning ,who visits people that early in the morning.Some kind of shady business was going on there in that hotel. Shady and dirty.
