We were very happy with our stay in this apartment. Andro and his family are lovely people. Andro picked us up from the ferry, and gave us a good orientation to the apartment and the area. His brother drove us back to the ferry. Like most places in Croatia, there is a steep incline and many steps to get to the apartment. The reward is a quiet and peaceful stay, and a beautiful view from the large terrace.

Our host, Andro, was wonderful and provided a relaxing atmosphere for us from the start. He had great recommendations for eating and places to see. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet! It even had a room safe. And he was able to provide us with our own parking space! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Hvar.

The property is located in a very convenient location, 12min walk along the coast to the old town. It's on a slope and the host Andro is very nice to offer free pickup service from the ferry terminal.

Andro was an incredible host - superb communicator, and shared suggestions and gave us tips to ensure our departure and long drive back to Dubrovnik was more economical. The accommodation was incredible - beautiful view, big balcony, and probably the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in. Don’t hesitate to book!

Andro went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Hvar. He picked us up from the ferry and explained all of the local attractions and provided a map and directions on how to get there. He also let us store our luggage with him after we checked out when we went to the beach and offered to drive the bags to the ferry. We recommend everyone stay with him if you have the chance.

Incredibly large apartment and great views
We received a really warm welcome and a beer on arrival! The apartment was huge, was really well equipped, very tidy and well finished and had a large balcony with great sea view. It had a kitchen/lounge which we hardly used but was perfect if you wanted to cook at home. Is a fairly short walk to town, and overall would highly recommend

We had the absolute best time at Komazin! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The room was very clean and comfortable and in such a great location. You would be making a mistake if you don’t stay here!

This was the perfect place to stay for us! Andro was an amazing host. He was so friendly and welcoming and helped us so much. Our ferry was going to be cancelled because of the weather so he drove us to another port which saved us a lot of trouble. He even shared a lot about the island with us. The place was so cute and a big space. You get a lot for what you pay for. Definitely planning on coming here again!

I want to give this property 10 stars for the condition, location of the property and the host. The property is large and well maintained in an excellent condition with very tasteful decorations and color schemes. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The big patio is such a lovely place for you to enjoy the cool breeze. There is a lovely garden in front of the apartment with vegetables and fruit trees. The most amazing experience is with the host Andro, he made every effort to make us satisfied during the stay, he even picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry port, and gave us all the suggestions about what to do and where to eat. He is very professional and attentive . He is the best host we have never experienced. The location of the property is very quiet in a residential area, a short beautiful ocean side walk will take you to the port. We enjoyed every moment in the Hvar and wished we had planned a few more days here. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Andro picked us up from the bus station near the ferry port. The apartment was only a 10 minute walk from hvar town, a nice walk around the coast. There is a lovely beach a 10 min walk away. Andro was very helpful when we arrived. Apartment was nice and just what we needed. A shop is just around the corner. Would highly recommend. Andro even dropped our bags back at the bus station when we checked out as we had gone out in the morning.

Great host--gave us an excellent overview of the area when we arrived and a map to an awesome beach very close to apartment. He was also easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. a/c worked well, quiet area close to the action in Hvar town. Highly recommend Il Porto restaurant on the water close to the main harbor area. Picture showing water view from balcony is old--view now looks to be blocked by trees.

Amazing place. A luxury two-bedroom, two bath, two balcony apartment for an unbelievable price. It’s not in the middle of the town, but the host picked us up from the ferry. Really beautiful place. Highly highly recommend. All new decor.

Great apartment stay
This was a great place to stay in Hvar. About 15 minutes walk from the town centre - perfect distance to be close to everything but far enough away from any noise at night. The apartment was perfect for what I was looking for. Andro was an excellent host - the cold beer on arrival was a great touch!

Look no further, seriously….just book Komazin now!! I spent three amazing nights at this property with Andro, the most fabulous host ever. From picking me up at the ferry, welcome beer, the homemade strudel, and picking me up around the island, Ando was the most hospitable host I have ever (seriously, ever!) encountered!! He made excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do based on my interests. Everything about the room was perfect, but my favorite part was the balcony! I am missing Hvar and this property very much right now!!

Andro was fantastic, he picked us up and drop us off at the Ferry. His place was very nice and clean. Location was about 15min walk from main square that didn’t bother us at all. The comfortable large terrace with a view of the water was fantastic. A local market was very close by as was a great swimming beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! Would stay again!
Fantastic! I am sure there are a lot of great Sobe's in Hvar, but this ranks right up there and I can see why guest's return again and again. Owner cheerfully picked us up at the ferry and later insisted on dropping us off as well. About a 15 min walk (up and down)to town and another 15 min walk down to a beautiful beach. Since it was low season, we got upgraded to a larger room. A cold beer on arrival and excellent orientation for us first timers. Very nice shared kitchen, opened the balcony door and let the sun and breeze in. Spotlessy clean thruout.

Everything about Komazin is wonderful, especially top floor patio with view of the sea. Andro and his sweet mum went above and beyond and I can't recommend their home highly enough.

The property is not only spotless but rather it is the defenition of pride of ownership. You can see the care , and the excellent taste . The tiles and marble and workmamship accross the entire property is just beaitiful. Location is roughly 900 meters from downtown. Where you sleep and rest in a none noisy place. The management ( Andro) made us feel at home away from home. He picked us from the port by his car and took us to the property. I have no doubt in my mind that this is the best place we stayed ever. Expedia great job not sure what criteria they use or if they visit the listed properties but my advice would be that thos property should be used as the bench mark. Awsome job expedia and many thanks to Andrew his care and hospitality what an excellent customer service
