Perfect!
Incredible! The heated pools were a hit for our wintertime getaway! The views were amazing, staff were all friendly, the rooms and common areas were all clean and tidy. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The high pressure sales was obnoxious and downright rude. We loved he cat colony that live near the south pool. We hope they are trapped and spayed and neutered though before their numbers explode. The report ignoring this issue is irresponsible

The only place you should stay in Hilton Head
Absolutely incredible experience at this property. Visited during a cold long weekend and was greeted with heated outdoor and indoor pulls, hot tubs, gorgeous beach front views and curated activities to do with my two daughters. Our room was phenomenal, though we had a garden view, it over looked the garden and very clear showed the beach and was by far one of the best beach front views I have seen in SC. Definitely worth the trip.

Easy access to the ocean. The condo was very clean and spacious. The pools were very nice. Communication with the front desk was excellent. I requested prior to arrival, that pillows be freshly washed and they responded immediately that they would be. There is a very nice bar/restaurant that had live music at Happy Hour, however, the down side is that it closed at 7 PM and also that check out is at 10 AM in the morning.

No idea that restaurant was closed and marketplace as well. Height of season they’re repainting pools? If you’re used to a resort this is not for you. No maid services or room service.

Beautiful property but….
Good location, very beautiful property. Elevator was not maintained well though and we were nervous to take it (made weird sounds, slow to open). Then sure enough it broke on Sunday with a poor man inside who must’ve been boiling. It was fixed the next day but in the meantime we had to take 5 flights of stairs. The “market” on the property was closed still from the pandemic so there was no where on site to get supplies/snacks etc. The one on-site restaurant is good and such a great location but closes at 7. Check-out is 10am, housekeeping literally knocking at 10:03… so don’t be late! Parking can be tough… I feel like there aren’t enough spaces for how many units there are. All in all if we decide to come back to HH I would stay here again.

Beautiful beach, lots of pool options, great room setup with a king suite and a room with 2 queens and bath, plus the kitchen, dining and roomy living space and good size deck. Next tennis courts and loved the tennis pro Mark. He really helped my game and runs very popular clinics. I only gave a lower score for cleanliness because I prefer to have at least a midweek cleaning and swap out towels but it was clean when we arrived and then clean it yourself. We haven’t stayed at a Marriot vacation club that wasn’t next to a Marriot hotel so we were expecting more walkable dining options. Overall nice stay.

Unique semi-tropical park-like setting with lots of amenities and a beautiful Atlantic beach access. Some construction was under way on site to upgrade existing facilities during off-season.
