It was unfortunate that there were multiple staffing and technology issues for an otherwise ideally located hotel. First, there are no safes in the rooms, so we always felt we had to carry our valuables with us. Second, we had multiple issues with our room keys, and we had to have them changed out 5 times in a 4 day stay. Third there were times - especially early in the morning - when there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that said the person would be back within 15 minutes, but it was often much longer than that. Fourth, the key didn't access the exercise room - and the front desk staff said that was because the area where the exercise room was included the hotel pool, and that area is closed to guests until 9:00 a.m.

Thank you for the surprise candy goodies for our birthday boy! He couldn't contain his excitement while sharing it with his younger sister. Our room is nice and clean, and the breakfast is good.

The parking is an absolute nightmare and we had to park several blocks away. The rooms are very basic for what you pay sadly.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included had lots of options for every sort of eater. The price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodations and location of the hotel. Parking was convenient.
