I wouldn't hesitate to give this a rating of 0 or below zero if possible. The reception staff are truly terrible troublemakers with no respect for customers. Consider checking elsewhere, as they're always trying to extract money, offering various excuses. I don’t recommend it to anyone seeking a decent and enjoyable time in the city. The place is filled with drunkards and drug dealers. Now you have the information you need.

We paid for 2 double beds and ensuite, but were but in a room with one double bed and the bathroom was down the corridor. When we went to reception the next day, we were told reception was closed. Even the man was there. The room was fine but annoying as we had paid extra for the convenience of having an ensuite and 2 beds and didnt get it.

The shower had mold all over it we didn’t even shower at all !!! It was dirty we found a key in the bed !! Outside disgusting garbage everywhere and a lot of drunks was outside the main door ! Check in is not in the same building would be nice if they tell u this when u book we had to Carry 6 suitcases back and forth ! Elevator only goes to 4th floor last floor u have to carry ur luggage !! We had to open the window because it was hot in there and outside was loud music we had to listen to !!

Never got to the hotel! My original search was "hotel in Hamburg with free airport shuttle".. Check in Hamburg was located in an area where we thought we could see quite a bit of the city walking in an afternoon, evening and morning before our flight to London. When the contact number was called I was curtly told that they did not have an airport shuttle. Asking to cancel, again curtly informed it was prepaid and non-refuindable, to contact Expedia about a refund.

Leider muß ich den Verwertung recht geben. Das Reinigungspersonal hat nur die Handtücher gewechselt. Es wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht, leider wurden auch nicht einmal die Betten gemacht, oder wenigstens die Bettlaken straff gezogen. Bei 5 Tagen für fast 600,- könnte man das verlangen. Es ist immerhin doch auch ein Hotel. Was sehr traurig ist, wofür aber kein Hotel kann ist, es gibt nur noch Parkhäuser die den Tourist aber richtig abzocken. Ab 22 Uhr bis 9 Uhr morgens kann man zwar vor dem Hotel parken, an sonsten bleibt einem nur das Parkhaus übrig. Und das ist 8 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Trotz der Widrigkeiten würden wir in St. Georg wieder übernachten. Fast am Hauptbahnhof...und auch so mitten im Zentrum.
