The hotel is located in an area with many stores shops and resturants. Was very easy to get to downtown Halifax.

“Good value for money”

We stayed at this hotel the night before we left Halifax to return home as all hotels in the center of town were booked. We did not have high expectations given that it was an inexpensive hotel oriented to business travellers. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were exceptionally courteous and pleasant, and the hotel was conveniently situated, just ten minutes or so from downtown Halifax

“More than i expected”

When going to Halifax for the weekend for my batchler party fully knowing there was going to be a hurricane i wasn't sure how our stay was going to end up. But the hotel had power the whole time and we recieve no complaints for other guest for noise even though the hotel was full. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, all in all i couldnt have asked for more. Great stay!

We visited maritime provinces in our vacation. This hotel is the best one we have stayed, and it's rate is best too. Maybe because it is located in Halifax, the biggest city in our trip.

“Great Place to Stay”

My wife and I stayed at the Future Inns Halifax on June 11 through June 14, 2011. It was difficult to choose a hotel in Halifax because there are so many. Based on the reviews we read and the pictures on the internet we chose Future Inns. It was the right choice. The hotel is just off the highway and easy to find. Being close to the highway you might think that noise would be a factor. Just the opposite was true. This was the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed in. It was as though there were no other quests staying there, but there were other lots of other quests there. The hotel is in a good area. Thre are restaurants near by and a Starbucks is just steps away. There is also a good restaurant onsite. You can drive to downtown Halifax in just minutes. A good tip for parking downtown......if you park at the casino and gamble a minimum of $10 you can park there all day. The Future Inns is a super clean, bright and reasonable hotel. The staff are super helpful and very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great .I was not expecting much more than a basic hotel (like the other chain hotels in the area.. because I have stayed at them all) but was pleasantly surprised. Also the restaurant downstairs was excellent!
