Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Excellent location, close to the waterfront and fantastic dining. Property was very clean with comfortable beds. Staff were great. Will definitely stay again.

Great customer service and really comfy. There is a lot of noise that carries from other rooms. Especially the adjoining room. But I would recommmend

I booked a suite. They couldn't find my reservation and I ended up in a regular room but was charged for the suite. They wouldn't admit to there mistake but tried to bribe me with free breakfast and parking.

Location is convenient. Hotel room was run down. The toilet didn’t flush properly; the shower had two heads - one struggled to give more than a weak stream and the second one was a hand-held that you had to balance on the tap because the hook was broken. Bathroom smelled like pee. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We travel with family plus a child, our stay was comfortable and room was clean and nice. Easy access to parking and hotel is so close to the waterfront. Staffs were nice and friendly. We didnt have any issues checking in.

It is very central and easy to get to restaurants and bars. The down side is that the walls are very thin and we had to ask for a different room due to the partying going on next to us. The hotel was apologetic but we would not stay there again

The air conditioning did not work so far too hot in room even after we asked to have it looked at. Room was not made up until very late afternoon, room coffee was not refilled, was not cleaned very well.

Good but …
Bed super comfortable. Service was efficient. Only complaint would be that the bathtub was seemingly taped together ……. Really that should be taken care of post-haste .

I’ve stayed at this location numerous times and have become increasingly disappointed. I book solely out of convenience but will certainly be taking my patronage somewhere else. My room had sparkles on the table, and carpet - the TV didn’t have channels that were convulsive with the guides, no alarm clock in the bedroom, the bathtub jets randomly turned on at 11pm and I couldn’t get them turned off with the button. The noise on the 6th floor was outrageous from the street. From 1:30-3am screaming, and loud engines could be heard. Super disappointing experience.
