“Don't bother if you usually like eating in”

Typically when I'm travelling for business I prefer eatting in the hotel to save time but at this hotel the rstaurant is not in the hotel. Yes it's not far and all indoors but not convenient with not very impressive ambiance and horrible service

“Halifax Vacation”

This hotel is only steps away from the waterfront. Looking around I would only use this hotel if I am fortunate enough to go back. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and responded to everything we asked for. I could not ask for more. The beds are heavenly.

“Cozy Hotel In the Heart of Halifax Down Town”

Very Cozy and Friendly Staff

The hotel is only two blocks and walking distance from the Halifax Historic Waterfront to the south and one block from Spring Garden Road to the north.

“"Definitely Will Return"”

The Sheraton is perfectly located in downtown Halifax. It is within walking distance to major attractions, as well to the waterfront. I have stayed at this hotel before and will definitely return. It is a great place to work as well as to relax.

“Nice hotel, Terrible Service!!”

The room was fine. The service, however, was awful! Waited in line 5 mins (only one person ahead of us!) then took another 5 mins to check in. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful at the time. After we parked and walked around the parking garage a couple of times to find the painfully slow elevator, we got to our floor only to find the room keys we were given did not work! We were already running behind our schedule... Went down to the lobby to rectify this, only to wait in line for 15 more mins!! The nice girl behind the desk was gabbing away about the local dance clubs to the girls checking in, I asked what appeared to be an extremely unhelpful manager to help who told me to wait in line! Nice way to treat your guests after YOU messed up our room keys! There's plenty of hotels in Halifax, no reason to stay here when you get treated like that. Will never stay there or any other Sheraton again!

“Winter getaway”

Comfortable room, clean, great part of the city. Disappointed that they only served eggs benedict on the weekend and we stayed on a Wed. Front desk could have been a bit more friendly but having said that they weren't rude just kind of indifferent.

“Will definately stay here on our next trip to Halifax.”

Beautiful, clean and well kept pool and workout area. The staff at Sheraton always made us feel special. I slept all night in my hotel bed x5!
