Floors covered with throw rugs that all overlap; the walls and ceilings covered with fabric that has been stapled on. And, used toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet. "Such a great location. Close to everything and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for! Host was wonderfully accommodating which we really appreciated! Only very very minor complaints were the water didn’t get hot enough to utilize the bath, (I like scalding hot baths!) and the internet was in and out a bit. Everything else was amazing! It’s a 35 minute walk to the bus station and we took an Uber for 10 euros because it was raining. Then bus to Hoofddorp to catch a train to Schiphol airport then on to Amsterdam Centraal station. The bikes and optional boat were in great condition and really allowed us to have an immersive experience. The notebook that Anouk left on the table was super helpful and was better structured than many travel guides I've bought in the past. The restaurant recommendations were also spot on and overall it was the best accommodations I've ever enjoyed while travelling....
