Good location, a little *too* funky!
Good hotel in the middle of Grenoble. Has parking and laundry facilities. Not the simplest to find by driving, but we have Google Maps, right? Check-in, via a terminal and scanner isn't straight forward. But the attendant helped. Has a cool bar and outdoor space that looked inviting. Biggest complaint (being an American) is the mediocre Air Conditioning. Stayed during a heat wave and the room never cooled down.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent value for money with the ability to make our own tea and coffee. The only problem, and it was a really big one, the constant noise like a howling gale on the coast. I only got 5 hours sleep and it was an anoying noise during the day. It came from the heating chimney by bedroom 515

A really cool hotel close to the centre of town, great bar, restaurant and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, ripped-off at restaurant
The hotel itself was very nice. Had some issues with lifts as you had to wait for one working lift for awhile. The room was cosy and comfortable, bathroom excellent too. However, the stay was ruined by New Year's eve reservation at restaurant. Once we got in we were given only one option of set menu, which was all fish, which I don't really like. When asked for a waiters if there is any alterative, she said no. Later we saw other tables ordering pizza, but we weren't given that option, but instead pushed to pay 90eur per person for set menu.

Au début la chambre semble être super. Une fois installé et le chauffage légèrement monté, un relais se mets à claquer au niveau du faux plafond où se trouve la ventilation. Insupportable, c’était comme des énorme coup de marteau contre le plafond, 20coups/min. Au bout d’un moment je décide d’entrer dans le faux plafond et de réparer ce relais. Chose faite ça n’a plus recommencé. Ensuite vient la douche, mon dieu une remontée d’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, vraiment à vomir… puis vient la nuit et un lit qui est très large et semble confortable, mais une fois dedans, deux matelas collés pour faire un lit double ok mais des matelas de hauteurs différentes.. ultra inconfortable pour le coup, obligé de se caler d’un côté… Beaucoup de chose à redire c’est vrai, mais je fais beaucoup d’hôtels et il faut saluer la déco sympa, le personnel aussi, le double ascenseur dispo, bar, restaurant, commerces à proximité etc..

All good. Got what we paid for. Like the vibe. Young. Fresh. Rooms practical. Just he pillows are nothing for front sleepers ;). Parking is super tight. All employees are super nice. Automation works across well but some self services isn’t there yet. We would come back. Grenoble itself was great.

Unser Auto wurde aufgebrochen und die Fahrräder geklaut. Sehr unsicher. Es waren diverse Schweizer auf der Polizeistation betreffend Auto und Velodiebstahl!
