The property was nice but noisy. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6am but was not ready until 6:30am and we had to leave and buy our food on the road.

There was a large stain on three mattress. Freaked my wife out. I also had black specks on my towel. No extra towels. Only one for pack. Bathroom sink had zero counter. No hooks or bars to hang towels. Batteries in remote almost dead. No fruit for breakfast. Stay was acceptable butt lots of annoyances and unnerving things.

My specific room #305 was terrible. There is a bright light outside the window and thin curtains that do not block. It is really bad like trying to sleep in daylight. I called front desk to ask about getting a different room but nobody answered. This room should not be sold until the window shade and curtains are modified. I would guess other rooms are fine. I would bet that I am not the first to complain it is sooo far below what I expect

There were men sitting in their cars smoking pot when I was unloading my suitcases. They appeared to live at the hotel-sketchy-looking. The room was in poor repair. The dust on the pillows gave me painful sinus inflammation.

The hotel is nice, clean, staff is friendly. They do have a $150 deposit requirement that is placed as a hold on your credit/debit card. It's per room, and I booked 2 rooms. I didn't know about the hold until I checked in.

Was pleasantly surprised at what a nice place this was, and at a really good price. I would definitely stay there again rather than the Marriot of Hilton that are nearby and twice the price.

Everything was just as expected. Woke up and had to leave before 7 a.m. Didn’t like that breakfast didn’t start until 7 a.m. on the weekend.

Staff was very nice.
Stairway was dirty 3 of the 5 days we were there with the same debris and stunk.
If you want room service you must call 24 hours in advance and if you need fresh towels or linens during your stay then you must take your used ones to the desk yourself and pick up fresh ones. Not convenient when you are there longer stays. We also were not told this … I had to find out on a paper they keep in the room.
Also our room smelled the entire time due to whatever had been cooked in it by the previous tenant.
The office chair was so dirty we were afraid to use it and I cut my foot on the grout twice that was sticking up from the tiles in the bathroom. I finally was able to just pull the piece out so we stopped hitting it .
Decor was up to date in the room and lobby. Hallways were dated and outside of building had green mold on it .
Breakfast is served early so get down there because if you go within the last hour there is really nothing left and doesn’t seem to get refreshed at that time .
I would have moved to the Holiday Inn next door if I hadn’t already paid with Expedia or thought I could get my money back.

The hotel was an older hotel but was clean. The main issue we had was the A/C apparently was working correctly. We had trouble sleeping because the room was hot and wouldn't cool down. Also the hair dryer shorted out while my wife was using it. It started smoking and we unplugged it immediately.

Pulling up the hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures on the website, room was fairly clean until I got to the bathroom. Toilet was dirty pink mold was around the tub, a/c was dusty and dishes were in the dishwasher were caked with dirty food along with half cleaned ones. Called front desk to make a complaint and was told housekeeping was gone for the day and that a manager would call me. That was Friday the 25th and today is Wednesday the 30th and have yet to hear back from anyone even though I have called.

The kitchenette was a nice feature, which included a large fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.
Cleanliness was not good. When i opened up the sofa bed, the cushions were sticky and there was much debris (crumbs and trash) underneath it.

Some issues but overall would stay again
Overall the stay was good. I will start with the not so great. The "handicap accessible" room was not so accessible. There is only one elevator and the room is on the 3rd floor. If the elevator went out we would be screwed. The room can NOT get wheelchairs through due to the furniture placement. We had to slide furniture around to make it easier and still had to carry my daughter in because we could not fit her wheelchair past the bed and wall space. The shower curtain does not go down far enough in the shower and floods the bathroom every time you use it. The dryer stopped working while i was doing laundry amd we had to find a laundry mat. The breakfast was the same thing every day and not much variety at all. The good. The service was AMAZING. Mario was cool and my girls loved him...lol Then shout out to Bernon (said vernon with a B hope i spelled it right) WE LOVED HIM!!! He was incredibly helpful when we needed anything at all. The hotel itself was pretty decent for what we paid and we would definitely stay there again if I brought all the kiddos. We did like it there and again the people were amazing.
