never brought replacement coffee to the room, never serviced the room (this not so bad, no coffee, that's bad) never got me a pan for the induction, asked several times what is the point of having a kitchen if i can't cook? great location for walking but don't like have to valet park

We love Homes2Suites! This property was nice. The staff was AMAZING and Very helpful! My was good however my bathroom had hair in the shower, sink and one of my drying towels. I'm glad I saw it and not my husband because that wouldn't have been so good. Other than that my stay was good.

I loved it! It was only a 10 min walk to the venue from the hotel. The room was extremely nice and had all the amenities we needed there. My only takeaway was not being able to go to my car when I wanted to and if I did the valet had to walk me there. We will stay there every time we visit the area!

The hotel accepted my reservation, but didn't have an opening so I had to go next door. The Holiday Inn Express was in not great shape. The Home 2 did fully comp my stay at the Holiday Inn Express and I'm grateful for that. However, this was a simple mistake that I have to believe could have been avoided.

The only downside was parking. Thus I just valet parked my car. Otherwise, the property was exactly what I wanted.

Daily requests to clean my room, unaddressed, also no induction/hot plate to cook on. Not Hilton Standards, I had no feelings of comfort, only feelings of pre-paid suckered discomfort, not happy with Expedia either.

We take the cleanliness of our hotel seriously and are genuinely disheartened to hear that your room did not get serviced daily. We will talk to the housekeeping department to see where the misconnect happened during your stay. The induction burners are also bit tricky to use, we recently had all of our induction burners tested to ensure that they all work. The burners do require the pan that comes with it to be on it before it can turn on due to safety reasons. We are sincerely sorry that your stay with us was not satisfactory.

When entering our room the thermostat was set on 75 but never got warm. My husband and I went to a comedy show at 6 to return at 9 the room was still cold. Call the service desk to ask for maintain never was assisted and an hour later ask can we change room her replied was " that never happen before It was too cold outside to be cold inside and the money we spent at hotel.

The room was great, staff were friendly, the breakfast was awesome. Walkable to everything downtown Greenville, SC. Amenities were awesome, love that they have liquid hand soap and not bar soap to wash your hands.

We found the bed and pillows not very comfortable. All was nice but not worth the 9.2 rating we read online. Coffee and breakfast very mediocre. Service was great.

pleasant staff. clean hotel, excellent location. valet parking was responsive. Quite good free breakfast in the morning - that was a busy venue for breakfast but the one young lady carrying for it really worked to keep things clean and well stocked.

I booked a room on hotels.com with a confirmation that my room is guaranteed. The room was for Saturday December 9th at the Home2Suites in Greenville SC on N Main St. Itinerary # 72706234709217. Before booking, I read the description of the room, which said it had two queen beds, and a pull out couch. This was going to work very well for us as my wife and I were traveling with our three oldest kids. This was tobe their first time going out of town for a big concert and they were excited. We planned to get to the hotel late afternoon to check in and get ready. From There we were to head to dinner and then the concert. We checked in at the front desk of the hotel after valeting our car (the hotel had no other parking but I knew this as it was described on the website. We were given two keys to the room and told how to find our room. When we arrived at the room, it had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. Clearly there had been a mistake, so the five of us carried all of our things and headed back to the front desk to inquire about being given the wrong room. After a few minutes, we were told that that was the only room available and they didn’t have any other options. They said that Expedia hadn’t sent the confirmation until the night before by which time they didn’t have any rooms like the one I reserved. I said that that was unacceptable and that I wanted to talk to a manager . The lady helping me said she would need to call her manager and after a few minutes she was
