Nice hotel with great staff, only let down where hot food choices, limted if you had a picky eater and cold, not even lukewarm, snack bar at lunch made up for the restaurant downsides

The staff was excellent. The hotel staff took the COVID regulations quite seriously. The lady in the poolbar was working all day and always had a smile on her face.

This property is NOT 5* and Ebookers are negligent to sell it as a 5* hotel. It does not adhere to EU fire safety regulations and the staff are confrontational and aggressive. I booked a 7 night stay with my three teenage children and we checked out after one night due to many concerns. My fifteen year old daughter was threatened by the hotel manager when he accused her of filming him while I was complaining (she wasn’t, but I'm sure you can understand why he was so concerned about being filmed!) and I was threatened with the police by a porter when I was airing my concerns at reception for the 5th time. The staff at this place are very male dominated and they definitely played on the fact that I was a single female. Having stressed my concerns for our safety to Ebookers on the first day they couldn’t care less. I had to find alternative accommodation myself and pay again and have spent my entire holiday trying to get my money back. To summarise: 30 minute queue to check in (no apology), dirty room, set up for 2 guests not four, fire extinguishers not attached to walls, just left on the floor for anyone to remove, shower seal broken so bathroom flooded each time it was used, you have to pay for pool towels, Wi-fi DOES NOT work (they want payment for upgraded Wi-fi), spa not open, pool area dirty, charge for premium drinks and a la carte restaurant, food appalling (canteen style), bbc world news only English channel on tv, NOT 5* - not even 3*. AVOID this hotel AND Ebookers

it's very bad experience.it's only value 3 stars. the wifi is almost disconnected. the food is nomal and few choice. I can't understand that the breakfast is close at 10:00 in a resort. even it is all incluvisive hotel. the drinking is very bad. the coca cole is without any gas. the hotel contral the cost too much.

Im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle Unterkunft, sicher zum Weiterempfehlen. Wollte man den Fernseher aufdrehen, hätte man sich ein kostenpflichtiges Internetpaket buchen müssen - eher ungewöhnlich. Leider ist der Abfluss beim WT sehr schlecht abgeflossen. Insgesamt trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert. Was unglaublich wütend macht, ist das Verhalten einiger Gäste beim All inclusive-Buffet. Es ist gelinde gesagt eine Schweinerei, was Gäste an diesem Buffet und beim Abendessen an sich aufführen. Es kann nicht sein, dass man Kinder beim Buffet wüten lässt, diese sich 10 (!) Stücke Brot auf den Teller laden und nicht einmal eines davon nehmen u.s.w... Leider zeigen ihnen das ihre Eltern offenbar so vor - 1x vom Bierglas genippt und stehen gelassen, 1x in den Apfel gebissen und weggeworfen, Berge von Speisen zu Tisch mitgenommen und stehen gelassen - Pfui Teufel! Im Allgemeinen kann man dieses Verhalten einigen bestimmten Herkunftsländern zuordnen...

Grundsätzlich handelte es sich um ein modernes und schönes Hotel. Zum Teil ist das Personal sehr freundlich gewesen. Einige verstehen allerdings kein Englisch, was ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Das Essen ist auf Dauer etwas wenig abwechslungsreich, aber es schmeckt. Das Zimmer in dem wir geschlafen haben war sehr hellhörig. Auf dem Flur war es sehr laut und die Türen knallen, sodass wir sehr oft von anderen Menschen oder den Türen wach geworden sind.

Newly opened hotel .. with expected early minor issues.. For an all inclusive hotel .. buffet could be better.. restaurant /buffet feels like canteen
