Loved the view from our room. This is by no means a upscale place but it’s clean, convenient, safe and was a perfect fit for us. Would definitely recommend to get the Grecian feel and like I said the view is outstanding.

Wonderful place to stay! The owners were very friendly and hospitable. It was great to get a transfer from the ferry port. The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel was conveniently located to the center of Naxos. I would recommend and stay here again.

Few steps from the port
Pretty decent place close to the port and the village. Maria the host is very helpful. The room has a balcony and fridge. I highly recommend.

Loved the location, 5 minute walk to port. Maria and her husband are lovely free lift to port when we left!. On the minus side, hardly any kitchen equipment, hard if self catering . All in all a good place to stay, but we did not have the magic view.

Owner transported us to andfrom port , only 3 min drive but made life easier with our luggages. Maria was so hospitable she gave us some of her homemade cakes, was yummy. Our sea view room was magical, room was simple as expected vs price paid, but even so there eas daily room service. Location was great as town centre is only 5 min walk, albeit that you have to negotiate a short sloppy unsealed tract. Other than water pressure can be stronger, everthing else with Magic View was good. Will return and stay at Magic View again if we ever want to come back to Naxos to chill.

The room was on the second floor with sea view. The view was partial. The beds are not very comfortable but ok. Owner was to meet us at the port, never found him. Ha to pay 8euros for a taxi to get there. The hotel is perched in the grotta, so the shortest way to get to the restaurants is to go down a rocky, sandy footpath that is steep. Count 10 minutes to go down and 15 to go up.

Well presented and owners were very accommodating.
Owners were willing to pick and bring us to the port without any charge Location is so close to the centre and the views are excellent from our room Will recommend this place easily .

Magic view! Perfect balcony for sunset
The location and views truly are "magic". The hotel is in the best spot possible. The room was a little small but this was fine for the 2 nights we stayed. It might have been a little cramped for a longer stay. Very friendly owner and staff. Helped us with the highlights of Naxos and stored our bag for a full day before we checked in and after we checked out.

Lovely hosts but very dated and depressing room
Magic view looked and sounded brilliant and we got it an an excellent price . On arrival we were greeted by Maria and her daughter who where really friendly and welcoming and give us good info about the local area. We also received some lovely home made cake which was much appreciated. However we were really disappointed by a room which looked nothing like any of those on the on the website etc. The room was very very basic, it had a fridge and a few plates, the bed was uncomfortable and had very small flat cushion, the bathroom was very tiny, the shower curtain went round the toilet and the floor flooded when you had a shower and there was no where to put your toiletries etc. We could not get any wifi or phone signal and the balcony was very small and when you opened the doors it was so windy all the doors banged so we had to leave them closed. The walk into town was about 10mins a hill across rough land which was fine but not really accessible in the dark. We often backpack and stay in budget accommodation but this room was so depressing that we decided to cut our loses and leave. fortunately we had a friend staying at agia anna so she arrranged a room for us and we left after one night. I really dont like leaving a negative review when the people where so lovely but this room definitely needs some updating

Quaint seaside hotel
Nice little place close to the port, very walkable to center and rest of island. Our host was kind and at the end her husband offered to drive us to the port to help with our luggage. Right by the ocean with a tunnel view unless you get a room on a higher floor. Great ocean breeze and view when you step outside and perfect view of temple of Apollo.

Great hotel near Naxos Port
This is a nice little hotel near the Port of Naxos. Everything is located near the hotel (market, rent a car, restaurants, etc). The host was very helpful. It's a good quality for the price.

Naxos Treasure
These studios were truly a treasure with their superb location on the cliff top at Grotta. The sea could be seen from our beds, and the famous Portara from our balcony. The friendly owners of Magic view take great care to meet the needs of all their guests, and make themselves readily available. Our room was serviced daily by the very efficient and helpful chamber maid.Our towels were changed frequently during our 9 night stay. Lovely tile floors throughout -- pale blue wall behind beds was pleasant and restful, and there were plenty of lights. Several Greek pictures added to the charm. The location was very peaceful. All you heard at night was the sea. The steep climb via the short cut up to Magic view from Naxos town was worth it for the wonderful view and there were some beautiful sunsets while we were there. In just a few minutes you can be inside the depths of the old town leading up to the ancient castle as well as finding a wealth of restaurants, tasteful gift shops. I enjoyed seeing cats of many different colours and sizes!

A lovely treasure.
We arrived by ferry and had about a 20 minute walk from the port.The young family that owns and manages the property is very pleasant.The rooms facing the ocean and temple of Apollo had been booked in advance so we stayed in one with a lovely far away view of the port.It was immaculate and the chambermaid made sure it remained so for our entire stay.There was a small kitchen area with all new utensils,new stove,new sink...everything in perfect working conditions.Parking can be found in street or close bye...Naxos town is 10-15 walk .Wonderful stay!....my regards to the children,Angela and Dimitri,and their parents.Thank you so much,Afgharisto' Poli!

We had a great stay, in room No 1 the view was magnificent, overlooking the sea and a paneromic view of the hourbour and the chora Access was quite steep so a bit of fitness needed Maria was really friendly and arranged transport to the ferry Go for rooms1,2 or 3

We had a great stay at Magic View. Nikos came and picked us up from the airport and down to the port when we left at the end of the stay. Note there is no breakfast but with such a great price for the room, this is not an issue. Go to the local market and pick up some yogurt since there is a fridge in the room and do breakfast yourself. The room is plenty comfy for two people and they clean the room every day. We go new towels every other day. While it is a steep walk from town, it is easily doable. The location is grey because of are down in the heart of Naxos town within 5-10 minutes but far enough away that it is quiet at night. Can't recommend it more!

Perfect hotel!
Everything was perfect, very friendly and helpful owners! If we ever go back to Naxos we definitely stay to Magic View again. The location is perfect, away from noise and very close to everything!

The hotel was overbooked and our reservation was not honoured. I later learned this happens often at this hotel. We were driven to another place and had to spend one night at a sweet old lady's place which unfortunately only had a very basic place to let, and then two nights at Pension Sofi (which I recommend dearly, by the way). After being dropped off at the new hotel, the owner of Magic View just drove off and we never heard from them again. Got a 20 euro discount for the mishap. If you're looking for a nice place to stay and don't want ro risk it, I recommend checking out Pension Sofi instead.

a little disappointed but still decent value
I was extremely disappointed with my room. Out of four couples that were traveling together , our room was the smallest yet we paid the most of all of us per night. Tried to change rooms but to no avail. Overall would have been satisfied for what we paid but can not figure out why paying the most got me less.

Séjour à Naxos
Nous avions réservé une chambre triple pour 5 nuits. Établissement très propre. La gérante très sympathique, à l écoute et serviable. Elle a répondu a toutes nos attentes avec le sourire. Chambre avec vue sur la porte d Appolon à 10 minutes du port tout près du centre ville. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain car la douche est petite et avec un rideau pas pratique pour les grands. Le frigo datait aussi mais il etait là. Vu le prix je recommande sans restriction. J y reviendrais sans soucis.

너무 관리를 안한거 같습니다 수도는 녹물이 빨갛게 나오고...ㅜ ㅜ 변기는 고장나서 내려가지도 않고 부두에서 보기보다 멀어요 왜 평가 가 높은건자 전혀 이해가 안됩니다 저는 어지간하면 호텔평가 안합니다 저도 숙박업소를 운영해본 경험에 고충을 압니다 하지만 여기부터는 평가를 하렵니다 제 주관이긴 하지만 어디가서 진상소리는안듣습니다 불만있으면 조용히 나오는데...여기는 좀 관리하셔야겠어 대신 낙소스에서 위안 받고갑니다 섬은 최고였읍니다
