The staff was very friendly and helpful. They addressed our concern that our fridge was not working right away ( it was working) and didn’t hesitate when we asked for extra shampoo. Our room was clean and comfortable. The eating area/ lobby area is spacious with comfortable couches for lounging. The food at breakfast was a nice variety and usually well looked after. Overall a very pleasant get away.

Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable at check in/out. We were really happy with the cleanliness of the room and surrounding areas. We would have loved to use the pool area, but because there was a basketball tournament that weekend, it was way too small to accommodate. Overall a great hotel to stay at.

Clean room. Witnessed the staff telling a group in the lobby about being quiet for consideration to others in rooms that may have already went to bed. Nice to see her considering all guests.

When we arrived to check in , the gentleman at the counter just said do you have a reservation ? Not even a hello … no smile no welcome .. that sets the tone really. Also the seal around the toilet was off and it smelled of urine
