The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs were nice and the area kept clean. "Great location in Pigeon Forge. We had a room on the first floor close to the indoor and outdoor pools and the office. Parked right in front of our room! Hot tub and pools were great! I loved that our room was refreshed daily with fresh towels and our beds were made! Very nicely priced for our 3 night stay! Beds were comfy too, I would recommend this hotel even tho it could use a little renovation! "
