They have 2 pools that are not even available. Wi-fi is useless because of connectivity and coverage. False advertisement of rooms.. Also every 2am in the morning you can hear some loud noise outside that can wake you up..

I booked via Expedia. I did not get the room I booked, couldn’t get a refund either. The pools were out of service which is one of the only things I was looking forward to. Then when we were going to at least use the jacuzzi tub in our room, there were NO knobs to turn it on. The toilet ran all night long and it was very loud. I couldn’t sleep, the shower was dirty, AND the fireplace didn’t work. Complete waste of money and a birthday trip.

Staff was okay but pretty emotionless. Room said slept 5 but only 2 beds. The pool was empty , the breakfast was awful and consisted of chunky expired milk and some pancakes in the refrigerator. No real amenities it wasn’t a great experience. Would not recommend

Pools were not open or operational; false advertising on this basis. Facilities were run down. Bugs found in the beds, kids were bitten. Very disappointed because kids were expecting to play in pools. Will not be back. But the staff was friendly.

The only issue we had was the elevator broke down the day after we got there. we have health issues and cant climb stairs. However, they moved use to the first floor quickly and without hesitation. The staff even helped us move our things.

Property is run down. We’ve stayed here before years ago. Not much has improved. The price is right if that is what you need to be visit and e conveniently located. Cleanliness is lacking. If you just need a place to shower and sleep, this will check those boxes. Staff not super helpful.

Room smelled like a sewer. 2nd room smelled like a sewer. 3rd didn’t smell. All those rooms in one weekend.All the bathrooms were not well lit and dirty. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Run down and depressing! Room was fairly clean but faced an ugly, dirty courtyard. Room had that old, musty "motel" smell. Breakfast was scanty and disappointing. Everything, doors, elevator, walls, pool, was old and decrepit. Inside pool was empty.
