Perfect Weekend Getaway
We had a girl’s getaway and all of us felt right at home! The property was very clean and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and the sun porch. Jolene, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We would stay here again!

We came back because we love this property. Grabbing a group and spending the weekend here is now like home away from home. Everything needed for a grilling night for dinner, board games, able to watch sports/movies. The clean home with all the amenities will have us back again!

Girls Getaway~Birthday Celebration!
There were 4 of us best girlfriends on our trip, and we all loved this property! It had everything we needed and then some😊Jolene was fantastic to work with~very prompt and accommodating! Quiet holiday away
We wanted a quiet place to spend a few days away from home and that’s exactly what we found. The home is set in a beautiful, rural location with a beautiful view and cozy spaces to get comfortable. Access to the pool at the owner’s club and the backyard hot tub made the trip fun for everyone.

A lovely weekend getaway!
We had a wonderful time at this lovely VRBO! Everything was honestly better than the pictures, the place was so clean and wonderfully laid out so things were easy to find. The hot tub was perfection and the views amazing! We will definitely be back :)

There were a few minor issues during our stay. No outdoor security lights, leaky sink upstairs and the living room fireplace wouldn't stay lit. Otherwise, it was comfy and cute!

Lovely Weekend Retreat
We were very impressed with this property—endless amenities and such a wonderful location in the Territory. We had everything we could have wanted and more! We loved the hot tub, screened in porch, balcony (with grill and propane bonfire), the backyard, trails, ease of travel to the downtown area, all the board games/activities! This property was the perfect pet friendly place to getaway with friends!! Would definitely recommend 👍

Great summer stay
The pictures don't do justice to this lovely property. It was very clean and roomy, with lots of great games. Love the Owners Club, too. Just one note, AC could have been turned on a little sooner, it was so hot & took awhile to cool down the first day. Otherwise, a great stay at a beautiful home!

We had an amazing time at this location we brought the entire family for my birthday and there was plenty to do for everyone. The fishing is amazing the wildlife especially the millions of little bunnies running around while relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing,fishing,swimming and walking the awesome trails there’s horseback riding not to mention the hundreds of board and video games provided by the host this is a trip we will definitely be doing again thanks Jolene for being so responsive 😇

The property was very clean and looked like the pictures. There were tons of supplies, including kitchen items, coffee, bathroom items, sunscreen/bug spray, games, etc. The deck and screened in porch are really nice and the hot tub was clean and worked well. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July holiday. The house is beautiful and perfectly located within the territory. It is close to golf and the owners club. We will definitely rent again if we come back to Galena!

Spacious comfortable clean home
There is plenty of room for family or friends to visit and share a meal together. Living room, screen porch and deck are all surprising spacious and have comfortable seating. The kitchen is well supplied with equipment needed to prepare meals. My friends and I enjoyed the use of the house for our reunion.

The house was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was we were really cold and couldn't get the heat to work in the house. The fireplaces didn't work either.

50th bday girls weekend
The overall property was great, look, feel etc. Two things that stood out. Overall it could have been cleaner, cobwebs, dust, etc. In the two double bed room headboard not attached to bed frames so they would hit the wall and the bed closest to the door's mattress not centered on the bed frame so the frame stuck out and I cut my leg on the end of it that bled. It was at night and I didn't realize it right away. Neither of those things detracted from the weekend. Thank you.

Beautiful area - very nice vacation home
Loved the house and the owner's attention to detail. Many amenities were provided including ample household utensils and other household items, games, books, and movies. The deck and sunroom were both a real plus and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only negative was the gas grill did not work.

Nice location, a little outside town but quiet. House was able to accommodate our group of 10 comfortably. Was overall disappointed with the cleanliness. It was apparent that it had not been cleaned well as there was noticeable dirt in the bathrooms and laundry room. Furniture had not been dusted in quite some time. Communicated with property manager who was responsive and assisted with concerns.

We enjoyed our stay VERY much. Lots to do in Galena and relaxing time.
This property was very nice. Well kept up and appealing to the eye. It was for pets too and yet there was NO pet smell. A lot of room for the occupants. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was nice that it could be for as many days as you needed. Some times people just can't get away for a week. So much to do in Galena. Recommend you call the Chamber of Commerce and get a guide that was VERY helpful for suggestions of things to do. Nice that you could go out to eat or nice kitchen ( well equipped and organized and labeled) to eat in the dining room. Highly recomended

We had a great stay here. It iqas a well-stocked vacation home, perhaps the best I've stayed in in 25 years of renting vacation homes. The only problem we had was with how cold the downstairs bedroom area was compared to the main level and the fire pit on the deck was not working. Everything else was perfect. We will be back.

Plenty of room for our group of 7, plus our dog. We even got some nice weather to enjoy the screened in porch. House has a bit of wear and tear, but was clean and nicer than it looked in the photos. Kitchen was well-appointed. View out the back of the house was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and cleanliness of this property. We have stayed in The Territories for 5 years and always with our dog. Sometimes the cleanliness is an issue, however not the case here! The only drawback was a very busy road out front which was improved by a great backyard space! Will definitely consider for next year!

Pet friendly should not mean dirty! We arrived on a Friday night and it was already getting dark. A quick walk through we discovered the backdoor ajar. Very concerning from a safety and security perspective. After looking in every room and closet to make sure we were "alone" I called the rental # and left a message regarding the door, which was tricky to secure. No call back from rental company to make sure we were ok. The next morning when we had sunlight it became very clear this home was not clean. Cobwebs in every corner, lower level bathrooms had dead bugs on the floor behind the doors and toilets. Towels were stained and didn't smell clean. Thoroughly disgusted to see the stove top had food on it and the oven was filthy. There were dead bugs on the window sill above the kitchen sink and a dirty crumb filled toaster was stowed back in the kitchen cabinet. The carpeting was stained throughout the house and long overdue to be cleaned. The master upstairs was the best room as towels there appeared clean/newer. It was a horrible experience that had us so uncomfortable that we cut our stay short. Very disappointed overall and leaves me questioning who wrote the previous reviews stating clean property!
