Amazing Property!
This mansion was just over the top location and furnishings! Our family of 15 people stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and there was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchens were well equipped. The entire back of the house has tall windows that look out over the lake. We built fires and had s'mores every night. And Vladdy was such a gracious host. He answered our questions right away, and called to make sure everything was okay! We will definitely be returning to this amazing mansion and thank you for having us! Gerry Reed

Everything was great
We stayed at this property to host our wedding rehearsal dinner and to house family and friends that travelled to our wedding at Chateau Elan. We had an issue, Vladdy was all over it. He even drove out to help us fix the movie theater and show us how to make the fire places work. NOTE: Make sure you turn on the heater on the lower floors, so the main floor (#3) stays warm. We learned that after Vladdy instructed us the bottom floors were set at very low temperatures and it was cold. But after that, the house was very very warm. In fact, we had to turn on the a/c at one point. Beautiful property and it made our special weekend that much better! Jaron Nunez

Luxurious Lake Property On Lake Lanier
This was our first experience with Vrbo, and this home was luxurious! Vladdy is a perfect host! We were so happy with our choice. The house was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was immaculate and exceptionally well-stocked!!! We look forward to staying here again!

Fall break
Vladdy has been so easy to work with. I would recommend texting directly with him rather than trying to communicate through the app. He was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. He was very flexible and kind. The home was beautiful and had accommodations for everyone in the family. After reading other reviews we were a little concerned about a few things. Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected was encountered during our trip. The home has a little wear and tear expectedly so. The beds were very comfortable in the elevator was a major plus for our group. We rented a pontoon boat from shore to shore boat rentals +1 (678) 316-0152. That was another amazing experience. The owner brought the boat right to the private dock in the morning and picked it up from the dock as well. Thank you Vladdy for sharing your home with us. We are already talking about our next trip there.

Great time. Great experience.
Everything was very easy. Vladdy was available and responsive within minutes by phone call, FaceTime, text whenever something was needed or we had a question.. as an example, to have him heat the pool, he responded right away and got it done. Would def stay here again and recommend others as well.

Family Reunion 2022
Great house for a large party. The house was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 16. We all enjoyed the pool & outdoor fire place as well as the game room on the second floor. The kitchen & dinning room provided plenty of space for cooking, eating and card games. We also drove our boat up from the south end of the lake so the dock worked out perfect.

Best family vacation in years!
We absolutely loved our stay at Vladdy’s house! He was a very responsive and caring host and was willing to help in any way he could. We would highly recommend his home. It is especially great for large groups. Everyone had their space and there was always plenty to do between the lake, pool, game room activities, movie theater, etc. We hope to visit again!

Wonderful Stay and Owner
Each year we have a family get together. This year, we stayed at this home on Lake Lanier. The place is beautiful and the lake is fantastic. No one was ever bored and everyone had room space for themselves. We highly recommend this option.

The home was breath taking!
We all had a great time! The boat access was so very convenient, huge and well kept. My family favorite part after dinner was the movie theater. We will definitely come back!!!
