"We arrived at Jakob after visiting the castles and was greeted by Magnus whose family owns this inn. It is quaint and well kept and it shows. The room was a nice size and comfortable. It was simple and clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is no elevator so you must be able to climb stairs to the rooms. Magnus was kind and carried my suitcase to our room. "The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. Front desk and your man (possibly Asian) went above and beyond. Highly recommend…!"
