"My wife and I spent 11 days at this property, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The apartment is located right on the beach, and the view of the turquoise water is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is very well-appointed with all you need for a fantastic stay, including air conditioning (a must at night), a washing machine, a nice kitchen, and everything you need to make ti-punch. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and functional. The apartment's location is also fantastic, within a short walking distance from the many restaurants of Grand Case, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Marigot is located within a 10-minute drive, Anse Marcel within 15 minutes, Orient Bay within 15 minutes, etc. Beach chairs are available on-site, as well as beach towels, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment (all free of charge). The hosts Dominique and Martine, as well as the managers, are the sweetest people and cater to your every need without being intrusive. A bottle of Champagne was waiting for us in the fridge as I had told Dominique that this was our 30th wedding anniversary. Access to other parts of the island is available by bus or by car. The managers even delivered a car rental to our apartment, which was extremely convenient. The bottom line is that we could not more highly recommend this wonderful property. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants and shops in Grand Case, quieter side of the beach, simply perfect for a couple get away. Beach front steps away, covered patio was ideal for breakfast and dinners. Fully stocked kitchen was very appreciated. Can’t wait to come back to this apartment and St Martin"
