Highly recommend.
What an amazing gem of a small hotel! We were assigned a very private room here, complete with a jacuzzi tub and isolated veranda that allowed a lovely view of the Mediterranean. The location is quiet compared to most of the Riveria. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Out of the way and private.

Very nice for 3 star hotel
The staff was very nice. The resturant was good The room was clean but a little small.

What a gem, We needed somewhere to relax for a couple of days off from touring, Beach was ace, Food was off the scale and the People were the finest ive met in 30 years of Touring

We had a large room with sea view. The beautiful little beach, suitable even for very young kids, is just across the street. The Chef is very talented.

Nice ocean view but not convenient
The hotel has a great view of the coast. The hotel is more of a motel standard and the location is not convenient to restaurants or activities and transportation. It is expensive to get from the train station to this location

Hotel Cap Riviera, Cote d’Azur
The hotel was a lovely surprise. We stayed in a room with garden view and it was amazing! Very spacious , and very quiet .Cleaning was done daily and was always great to find our room spotless every single day when coming back from the beach or any other trip. There is a very easy access to a public beach, simply cross the street and the beach is there, right in front of the hotel. All staff very friendly and attentive, and I need to mention here the owner who made a point in making sure guests are happy and very well looked after. Very highly recommended!

It worked out in the end.
Upon arrival we discovered that we were booked into a smaller room than we reserved and were told to wait for an hour at the bar (free drink offered) for the hotel owner to arrive and sort things out. Instead we went for a swim and when we came back the hotel staff found more than suitable alternative. We got a family suite with a view of the sea and two bathrooms. Our daughter slept on a day bed and didn’t complain while we had a decent sleep woken up early by the daylight because shutters didn’t close well. It was nice to be close to the beach to have a swim after dinner.

Riviera lodging best kept secret
CAP rivera is a wonderful choice for vacationers who wish to visit the French Rivera as it located within a short drive to st Maxime and st trompez and frejus and the back country as well. Cannes Nice and Monaco easily accessible by car or train for a day trip as well.A quick jump in the sea right across the hotel is a plus. The outstanding service and friendly accommodating staff/ owners truly make it special . Overall an outstanding value and comfort for this area! Will return for sure.

Great stay
Excellent location, veranda overlooked the ocean. The couple who owns the hotel were great. Evening dinner was excellent!! Definately would stay again!

Super place with fantastic food
This was our second stay and was just as good as the first. The proprietors are very friendly, as are all the staff. The rooms are excellent and along the more traditional French style rather than all the same ultra modern types. The dinner and wind (local) was again excellent as was the lovely breakfast. How many places can you stay with such an amazing view? Just wonderful. Thanks so much for the upgrade and we enjoyed chatting with you. Only minor point was that the wifi really only worked near reception but who needs wifi with that view?

A fantastic hotel in a great location.
This hotel and the couple who run it were fantastic! My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable as well as relaxing 3 night stay. We dined at the hotel on all 3 evenings (we never normally do that!!), their food and service were first rate. The location was ideal for us, overlooking a beautiful bay, very quiet on a night and great car parking. Alain & Patriska were always very helpful and engaging and their staff were great. I would definitely stay with them again!!

Glynnes road trip
Four of us stayed 4nights, fabulous position overlooking the beach. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, spoke perfect English and had a great sense of humour, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed in for dinner twice, food excellent.

Very good, a couple of steps away from great!
This was our minimoon, we would have given the hotel 5 stars except for a couple of things. Breakfast was lovely but very expensive menu says €9 for fresh continental but only in French does it say per person with the addition of eggs you could be paying €24 for your breakfast each day. And after 9 on a Sunday that it you can't even get a coffe all locked up and no facility in your room to make a drink. Also a bit uncomfortable with going out the back door when we left on the Monday morning. we did have to pay our bill Sunday evening which was not a problem, but we had an early flight and even though we had paid we felt a bit like we were sneaking out ! Everything else was great. Great food & location.

Stayed one night at Cap Riviera. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly, accommodating staff. The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet with a great sea view. The meals were good and we enjoyed the chief's great disposition. Parking on the premises was an added bonus. I wished we had stayed here longer as the location was great and quiet at night. This area of the Cote d'Azure was much more relaxing than Nice.

Best location south of Cannes
This was a wonderful place to stay. The Mediterranean was right across the street with a small beach for us to enjoy. The host was charming and friendly. The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the view and a beverage. The room was charming, so homey, and clean & comfortable.

Perfect location, wonderful staff
From the warm greeting at the front desk to the perfect view, this was a great place to stay. Beach across the street, easy access to the main highway, midway between St. Tropez and Cannes. Very clean room, lovely bathroom, small terrace off room overlooking the beach - what more could you ask for? We did not take our meals there but when passing through the dining room everything looked fantastic and you could tell that people were enjoying their meal. We would absolutely go back.

Excellent facilities. Our bedroom was in the garden with the biggest walk-in shower room we have had. Room had its own patio with table and chairs. Rooms in the garden are very quiet and free from road noise. Excellent continental breakfast. Disappointed to find restaurant had closed at end of September but owner recommended several local restaurants which were open [and very good].

We were lucky to find such a lovely hotel. The position is great close to a lovely small beach were we enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean. Brigitte the receptionist is the most helpful,lovely lady she could not do enough to make our stay the most pleasant. The couple who own the hotel Patrizia and Alan were also most helpful and friendly. The easy access free parking is also a plus. I would recommend any one to spend and enjoy the lovely friendly service of the Cap Riviera hotel

Lovely hotel with very friendly owners and with a great breakfast for 9 Euros a day. The beach opposite though is small, and you have to cross a busy road to get there. Also they charge extra locally for cots or rollaway beds for children.

We were extremely satisfied with this owner run hotel.. spotless, fantastic location, exceptional service; the owners were on site to pay attention to every detail of our stay. They gave us much needed support and help before we arrived due to complications beyond our control. We will return at some time.

Wonderful hotel with a family feel!
Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The owners, Alain & Patrizia, were very warm and welcoming! They granted our every request! They offered many terrific suggestions of places to go (and not to go) around the area (in both good weather and bad), as well as fantastic restaurant recommendations, though the dinner at the hotel is also excellent! Our rooms were lovely - we booked a garden view room for our family of three which was adequately sized and looked out onto a lovely courtyard, while my parents had an ocean view room that had a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. It is true that the nearby beach is small, but it was nice, and there are lots of larger beaches within a short driving distance. It was wonderful to be away from the more crowded areas of Nice and St. Tropez!! I can highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for warm, personal service in a smaller hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular tourist spots.

De notre chambre et de la terrasse adjacente nous avions une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Nous avons assisté a des couchés et levé de soleil digne d'une publicité pour la côte d'azur. Nos hautes étaient vraiment sympathique. La propreté et l'équipement de notr chambre était irréprochable et le petit déjeuner était plus que convenable.
